There Have been a lot of issues With the manager at ***** north apartments yelling at me and hanging up on me. There's a lot of noise especially above me and she does nothing and tells me to move. I'm a senior citizen on a waitlist for senior apartments and cannot move Until there is an opening. Maintenance comes in without knocking They just open the door.I returned home From the hospital after being there 10 days For severe panic attacks among other things. These have worsened Due to the stress of living here. When I Tried to use the key fob The door would not open And I had somebody else try also. I called emergency maintenance And it took them over an hour to get here. I had a panic attack and I have been in severe pain. Maintenance changed the battery And when he was done I said I wanted to talk to him about something. I told him That I did not want him coming into my apartment Without knocking 1st. This happened 2 weeks ago And he also did not come back for 3 hours when He said he needed a step stool. He could not get in Although he did try with his key. But I had the door locked. Twice that day he also came Without knocking. When I tried to talk to him about this yesterday , He said he was not talking about that's in the past And his voice was raised. Mine got raised too because he kept interrupting me And would not listen. The issue has not been fixed in the bathroom As there is a hole drilled in the ceiling of the shower and Insulation all over the bottom of the shower. I mention that and he said Something like that wasn't his problem anymore. I had left the manager here A message the day I went to the hospital asking if it would be fixed while I was gone. It is not fixed. He was standing part way inside the door I asked him to leave In an angry voice Because he wouldn't listen to me, kept interrupting . He did not move so I tried to shut the door and I shut it hard but not trying to Hurt him. He said you have assaulted me and I'm telling the manager.Business response

Sand Companies, **** is not the owner or management company for property where ************************ is a resident and is therefore not the appropriate entity for ************************ to file this complaint.
We have checked with the management company regarding these claims and have learned the following information. On at least one occasion, ************************ has been disruptive and aggressive towards management. She slammed her door on them when they were trying to fix the lock which we believe is the incident she refers to in her complaint. Management has replaced the batteries on her lock and to the best of our knowledge it is functioning. Regarding the claims of management entering her unit without knocking, per our policy, management knocks prior to entering units. In addition, ************************ has refused to allow management access to her unit in order to repair the bathroom ceiling that she is referring to.
