I made a single purchase from this company in February and requested that I not be provided with nor charged for the monthly VIP membership. I was charged anyway, and upon emailing them to refund the fees charged, which included my initial email in February requesting the cancellation of any Membership, I was only told they would no longer charge my account and have had no response since, despite multiple attempts to call and email them subsequently.Initial Complaint

I bought a case on January 07, 2022. I received it. I just saw that I have been getting charged each month since. It looks like this has happened before to other people. I have put in a dispute with my bank and I also have emailed them. Please help.
