    AVOID this business at all costs. I purchased a new Sea-Doo Switch Cruise and an additional $10K in add-on parts. Not only is the ** of the business a complete jerk to deal with, but they do not respond or offer assistance to resolve the issues that we experienced. The inability to support a new customer - ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY - speaks volumes. They didn't do a single thing we asked for prior to delivery. The NEW top has a hole, won't go into the install-position, no video was taken showing correct installation or operation of the new top - AS REQUESTED IN WRITING. Additionally, the **, *************************, won't provide a vehicle to send and receive the video and photographic evidence showing the faulty top and their HORRIBLE installation. Their company took over ********************************************************** title the vehicle. They had all of my money however - they were adamant on that! These guys should have their license terminated by Sea-Doo and ******* Just a joke of a business.

    Below is the response from **** the General Manager. And he fails to mention that he had this picked up and transported with a company of his choosing, also paperwork was signed over email on the Wednesday the 10th, we received the wire transfer Friday the 12th, and the *** went out in the mail Thursday the 18th, we are also closed on Monday' s, so the *** was mailed out with in 3 business days of us receiving the funds for payment. He was provided company email's and phone numbers to contact Tousley about issues however he was wanting Managers personal Cell phone numbers to contact them directly. ************ 1st off I never give out my personal cell number I understand that we have yours because you purchased a product from Tousley Motorsports. I understand that you are frustrated with a few things on this, the trailing cover looks like something that we (or any BRP dealer) might be able to warranty because it ripped on the stitching it is something that we would submit over to them and they would make that decision not us. As far as the hole in the top they are transported to us in a fully shrink wrapped cover from BRP we open them and set everything u, set it up and inspect for shipping damage. And if we find anything we start a shipping damage case ASAP BRP works with us very well on getting anything that was damaged from the factory to us taken care of quickly, we have sold and delivered 28 of these this year already and have a very good process down for inspections, that hole could have been caused by the ***** mile trip down along with the damage to the trailing cover. As far as the top yellow clip that was in the video that is a BRP design and all of that is installed right at the factory that is not something that we put together here at Tousley. The Velcro straps that they have on is what they say is good for transport. The Nut falling out I looked up the instructions and they said nothing in regards of lock tight, if they want lock tight on a nut and bolt they send them with yellow lock tight already on it from the manufacture. All accessories are tested and set up and taken down prior to a customer taking delivery. There is a lot of road between Here and your destination our sales manager has family that lives south of you and has transported boats back and forth and every time he has to spend time going over and tightening up items just because of the distance and the way a boat travels on a trailer going down the road for that amount of time. Items can work a little loose it does happen. I think there needs to be a conversation with your shipper that picked this up for you, when it leaves us and on it way to you we cannot have any liability for a shipper that we did not hire. This is what the warning label says for the trailing cover also. WARNING When transporting the watercraft on a trailer, NEVER exceed 120 ?km/h (75?MPH).Not sure if that was followed or not that is some to get with your shipper on also.

    Typical response lacking ALL accountability. I have video of the c*** work that they did. He would not provide a vehicle for seeing the photos or video. In fact, he purposefully ignored that correspondence. The top was NEVER installed correctly and we have the video to prove it. This set of problems has nothing to do with speeding by transport. I was in touch with the guy the entire time and had a GPS on his truck and it was tied to my cell phone. Now ask yourself why all the 1 and 2 star reviews. Make sure you look these people up before buying. This GM is a clown and his shop does terrible work. The better question is why no offer to support and why did they not provide video at the transfer with my shipper showing a perfectly working top - AS REQUESTED IN WRITING BEFORE SHIPPING? Lots of excuses, lots of blame and not a lot of solutions. I am stuck with a nonfunctional double ****** with a hole in it. And now I have to pay for local service and support - AGAIN!
