On 4/11/23, I had new house and garage roofs installed by Hampton Exteriors, LLC. On that day, my son asked the roofer if we had to call anyone about the ******************** inspection. The roofer said that he would take care of it.On 6/5/23, my son emailed the roofer to ask if the inspector had been called, since the permit was still on my front door. He emailed him back with the message, "I will find out."On 7/11/23, my son emailed the roofer with the same question as in the 6/5/23 email, and he received the same response.On 7/20/23, my son called the city inspector to check the status of the roof inspection. The inspector said that no one from the roofing company had contacted him yet and that I should have the roofer contact him.On 8/14/23, my son called the roofer to ask about the inspection. This time he said he thought he called the inspector back in April, when the roof was installed, but that he would call him again. My son followed up the phone call to the roofer with an email that included my house address as a reminder.On 8/31/23, my son called the roofer to ask again if he called the inspector. He said he had called the inspector and left a message with him.On 9/22/23, my son talked with the inspector again and was told once again that no one from the roofing company had called him yet.My son has tried contacting the roofing company in multiple ways, including trying to send an email to the the vice president of the company, which came back as undeliverable. He tried using the form email on their website and that gave him an error. When he tried calling the main number at the company multiple times, he got a message stating that the mail box couldn't accept any more messages.Business response
