    On May 8th we had a technician coming to diagnose our ** refrigerator from Solo appliances Repair. He was in my house for about 10 minutes and he diagnosed that the compressor was not working. I called ** to place the order for a new compressor since thats what the technician said. After, they received the compressor we scheduled an appointment for them to come in and replace what he diagnosed was broken on June 20th. After the technician left we notice few extra parts left behind and the refrigerator started to make some noises that I never heard before. We call them back within the next 12 hours. Now, they said that we need to pay again to have them come and diagnose another issue. Which I dont think is fair since thats what we paid the first time for them to do so. We noticed that they were having difficulties when they were fixing the compressor. I called them to let them know that I need this issue to get fix. They said someone will call and still waiting to be contact. They left the old compressor which we dont know what to do with these garbage. We believed something was broken when they were fixing the other issue. Now, they dont want to take responsibility or at least give us an explanation of the new issue that was not there before. We paid a total of $800. $120 was on the diagnostic and the $680 to install the compressor. Note: I called ** to had them send me the compressor to my house. ** said they could not send it to my house that it have to be send to the company that gave me the diagnosis and I can pick it up from them. After, they received it I told them that I would like to pick the compressor. They said they could not release it because it was illegal. They force us to go with them because they were the one with the diagnosis. Which I believe it was a way for them to keep the business with them. I believe it is also a very unethical since we should have a choice of who can repair our refrigerator.
