I brought a gas cylinder in for exchange I had the empty cylinder with me to exchange. The business made a mistake and didn't put in their system I left the empty tank and they started charging me rental on the empty tank. I paid the bills because I didn't know I shouldn't be getting them. After the 4th bill I went into the business to see what the bills were for. They realized I was put on a tank rental when I shouldn't have been. I waited awhile I still didn't receive a refund. I called them they said I had a account credit for $71.45 that was for one of the bills not all 4. since it was a mistake and not a return I asked if I could get a check instead of a account credit. I still haven't gotten anything. The total of the 4 bills is $268.91. My account number with ******************** is *****. The address that they have for me is *****************Business response

I apologize ******* for not getting this taken care of correctly. Your statement is 100% accurate and we will create credits for May ($56.72), June ($69.29), July ($71.45) and August ($71.45) for the specified total of $268.91. The process of initiating a refund check to you will start tomorrow (11/3/2023). Please be patient as it is difficult for me to give an exact timeframe on when the refund will get to you. I encourage you to reach out to me with any other questions you may have. We appreciate your business and the 1st attempt at correcting the error was a poor misstep on our part. Thank you for identifying the error and we will get this resolved.
