They are a terrible quality bow with terrible customer service. My bow was hanging on the wall when the limbs blew up only a year old and they will not replace the limbs. I had a 2 ******* by them 1 of them had there's blow up a month later and the other blew up the same day as purchase while sighting it in. The guy at sportsman warehouse even told me it's not worth fixing that the bows are not safe highly disappointedReview from THOMAS S

I purchased a BC 415. Model 2002C Serial# **********. The first time I shot at a deer the string broke. Both limbs were damaged. **** from Killer Instinct told me I had the option of sending them the bow for repairs or them sending me the parts. I wanted the parts sent to me. The string and limbs are damaged. This is a fact. I suggested the trigger should be replaced because I believe a faulty trigger may have damaged the string. I say this because 2 years prior I purchased a BC 370 from them and the trigger broke the first time I fired that bow. They did send me a new trigger for the BC370 which I installed myself. Now they will not honor their offer to send me the parts. This bow should have been replaced. I would have accepted the parts to repair. Killer Instinct chooses not to stand behind their product.Also I purchased as a gift for my brother this very same BC415 bow. I told him do not use it because it is not safe.***************************

THE ***** X CROSS BOW IS JUNK. 2 TIMES NOW SINCE IT WAS PURCHASED IN AUGUST OF 2023, THE SRINGS HAVE BROKEN. THE SECOND TIME IT AFFECTED THE ***** BOTH TIMES THE CROSSBOW BROKE IT WAS NOT DUE TO NEGLECT OR USER ERROR OR MISUSE IT HAS BEEN AT THE REPAIR SHOP, WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED, FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. FIRST THEY SEND THE WRONG CAMS, NOW THEY CAN'T SEND THE RIGHT ONES. I CONTACTED KILLER INSTINCT . I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ON THE ****** SHE RUDELY HUNG UP ON ME. THIS THING IS A PIECE OF JUNK AND THE COMPANY WHO HAD THE ***** TO MANUFACTURE IT IS VERY , VERY BAD. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER AWAY FROM ANY PRODUCT MADE BY KILLER INSTINCT.Review from Mike H

DO NOT BUY A CROSSBOW FROM KILLER INSTINCT! MY FATAL X BLEW UP ON LIKE THE 10TH SHOT! ****** SERVICE IS A NO GO FOR THEM! TRIED CALLING AND EMAILING NEVER GET THROUGH! LIFETIME WARRANTY IS A LIE! Crossbow limbs cracked. Tried calling every day for two weeks, waiting over an hour at times for someone to answer, but no one ever picked up. Sent multiple emails, but no one answered. Contacted multiple bow shops, but all said that they used to service Killer Instinct crossbows, but that they were no longer able to service then due to the fact that they, themselves, were unable to make contact with the business. Killer Instinct promised its customers that it would warranty their product, but seem to have skipped town won't even reply to their dealers and services, much less us lowly customers.Review from Matthew P

I ordered the Fatal X in January 2023. Sighting it in after the sixth shot the strings came off the cams. Sent the bow back they sent me a new one. October of 2023 I'm sitting in my blind and noticed the limb on the new bow was splintering! Here I am two weeks later waiting on the company to send me a new crossbow. I have called 4 times and talked to the same lady every time! Today she said they are over nighting it.... The last three times she said it was already shipped! I have no idea what's going on!Review from Pleng V

I sent my xbow out last month on sept 25 2023 and the tracking on the package said delivered on the 29. It was for a faulty gear box which was fraying my strings. I checked the tracking on it said delivered and signed by **** an employee of KI. I emailed them and they replied 3 days later saying they didnt receive my xbow. They ask for a receipt for the tracking for the package. I emailed them the info and still no one responded and Ive called every day since and the line is always busy. This is bad customer service. What should I do now? I cant find any other way to reach out to them over the issue.Review from RA862 0

My grandfather purchased the swat XP back in 2021. Hadnt shot the bow 100 times and the limbs cracked and splintered while it was cocked. We sent them the bow to be fixed, they didnt return it till after the following July. 2022 rolls around, 15 total shots and the limbs crack and splinter. Send it back, dont receive it till august 2023. Did not fire the bow at a deer, had been shot 10 times to sight in. You guessed it, limbs splintered and cracked. They told us they were upgrading him to the swat XP pro, that as soon as they got confirmation of us sending them the ********** back they would have ours in the mail. A month passes, 12 emails and ******************************************************************************************* I was told the bow they were going to ship was on back order but they were going to send us one the following day and that it would be overnighted. We will see if that happens. Do not buy their products. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with, they must have like 1 person working customer service and 1/2 of a bow technician. I bought a crossbow and had it for a week. Pulled the strings back TWICE and the arm broke in half. Called and emailed them about refunding me or exchanging for a new crossbow and its been 3 weeks with one response apologizing about taking so long to respond the my email. I replied to them and still havent heard anything else back.0 stars for their product & 0 stars for customer service.Overall: DO NOT BUY THEIR BRAND; youd be wasting your money.
