On July 25, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(3)(8)(9) and 326.84 (2)(4)(12) (2022). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to only transact business in its licensed name, ensure to only obtain building permits for its own contracted projects and not obtain permits for others or allow others to use their license for any purpose. The business also agreed to include its license number on all advertising, permits, and contracts. The business agreed to pay $500.00 of a $10,000.00 penalty with the balance stayed on the condition the business fully complies with this Order and has no future violations of any law, rule or order under DLI authority.
