So this review is after my 3rd vehicle purchased from a **** dealership. 1st being a Chrysler 300c from ********************** The following two being a 2017 Buick Regal GS and a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport from the ******************************. My 300c needed front struts and lower control arms immediately after purchasing, which they covered no questions asked and apologized for the techs oversight. My Buick was purchased certified pre-owned with little to gripe about. However being front wheel drive with a cheap set of dealer throw on tires it didnt take long into a ********* winter to trade that one off. Now, by far my worst experience with the **** family of dealerships was my most recent trade/purchase of a 1 owner used 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Let me preface that I have owned many lifted jeeps and solid axle vehicles, my best friend builds some of the highest quality off-road vehicles for a reputable shop in ****, ****.. needless to say, I know a thing or two about proper suspension geometry on lifted jeeps. I test drove said Jeep from ******************* on our first large snowstorm of the winter season, was not able to drive highway speeds given the road conditions at the time, at least not safely. Drove ok, had phenomenal carfax maintenance history because it belonged to an employee of ****. I was days away from my first childs due date and needed a vehicle that could get around in the snow so I purchased it. After day 3 of ownership I finally had time from my work schedule to take a look at everything in my home garage. Long story short, the Jeep needed about $2,000 to be safe and sorted for the road. It had a 3 inch lift with 35s, bad ball joints, axle u joints, front outer axle seals, adjustable track bars, adjustable front control arms to correct caster and pinion angle, front driveshaft cv(existing one was ripped and flinging grease), oil filter housing/cooler( oil leaking was pretty fresh so most likely the tech torque the cap on too tight when they did t
