They preach that they're sustainable but aren't actually.I tried to buy 1x 31 gallon trash can replacement lid and 1x 20 gallon trash can replacement lid, but you can only buy these in batches of two because of shipping costs. That would make total sense except for the face that I am trying to buy two lids. Even though this meets their shipping requirement (shipping two lids at once) they refused to place the order for me. Rather, I would have had to buy two of each type of lid.Buying what you don't need is the opposite of sustainable.Review from Mark R

I bought a bucket from them on Amazon. The quality was horrible. They make a big deal about it not being made of plastic, yet the seams are glued together with plastic, making it pretty much the same as any other plastic bucket. The glue work is sloppy, and the metal seams don't come together on parts of it. I doubt very seriously if this thing will hold up very long once the plastic cracks, and who knows what toxic chemicals went into the glue. Now I notice that they won't give refunds for some reason, meaning I get stuck with a big useless bucket. If they are so proud of their American craftsmanship, they ought to stop making things that look like they were manufactured in the third world. I would never buy one of these again, and wouldn't recommend this manufacturer to anyone.
