The terms of my contract for the club membership has been met and I have been attempting to cancel the membership. The corporation says these are franchises, so they don't handle this. The franchise (*********************************************************) says they use a third-party for payments and I have to contact them to cancel and they don't handle this. I contacted the company ********************** three times with no response except now fees are being taken out rapidly from my bank account.The transaction history is (I was paying $35/month)-- so far 1/26/24 - ***** 1/19/24 -***** 1/10/24 ****** 1/5/24 -*****Business response

This complaint is for Aytime Fitness in ** not for my local Anytime Fitness business. Anytime Fitness Corporate headquarters is located on ***************************************************, my franchise is not associated with the Anytime Fitness location in MT or the corporate headquarters.
