  This has turned into a big mistake I wish I would have known enough to look into creative homes. They are not good about warranty type stuff. Our yard has been getting sand washed into it by neighboring lot, they said they were going to redo a bunch of our sod and still havent they just finally graded the next door lot but it is still a mud pit/weed pit/ dump area with cement, garbage, wood and a pallet. The neighbors window is melting our siding and they said it isnt their fault like it is our fault. If they actually cared they would offer to put big trees to block the Sunrays. I could go on and on but just want you to be warned

  Dear Better Business Bureau,
  We have received the complaint from ***************** regarding his warranty concerns. The issues brought up by ************ are not warrantable according to our warranty handbook that ************ is aware of. The lot next to him is owned by the developer; Creative Homes spent time and money regrading this out-lot for ************ in good faith.
  Regarding the neighbors window damaging Mr. ************* this is a ********************* built home. Although this also wasnt a warrantable item, Creative Homes contacted *********************** warranty team to have the reflective window replaced and Mr. ***** siding replaced. Upon completion, ************ signed off on the warranty claim.

  I didnt sign anything saying I was satisfied with the siding or the yard. Show proof of this signature with dates of services. I didnt and wouldnt sign anything saying I was satisfied with the siding issue. Of course they dont want to take any responsibility for anything. They shorted ** 2 of sod originally and they didnt add it till about fall of last year and didnt put any dirt down before the sod so its unbelievably uneven and they said it will even out when it will never even out and the side of the yard that is neighboring the unfinished lot is washed away and unacceptable. The sod they tried to patch in did not fully survive so they are suppose to replace that section under warranty. The sod was not laid correct so their is a gap in between the sod rolls. Creative homes is a terrible company to build with.
