    Progressive insurance is terrible all they do is take your money and when some Thing happens and you need them they treat you like a suspect as opposed to a client . Do not do business with them

    This is the most crooked company ever they post fraudulent items repeatedly and ruin peoples lives . They need to do the right thing and research before they post incorrect items. Theyre terrible .

    Mr. ***s complaint also includes a request to remove all personal information other than his current personal information from ChexSystems files. If Mr. *** believes that personal information contained in ChexSystems files is inaccurate, he may submit a dispute directly to ChexSystems. A dispute may be submitted through the secure consumer portal at ******************************, by mail to Chex Systems, ****, Attn: Consumer Relations,************************************, or by calling ************ and selecting disputes or the caller may select other options to be transferred to a representative. He will need to identify the personal information being disputed and provide the specific nature of the dispute.

    Mr. ***s complaint also included a request to opt out. To be placed on the ChexSystems Opt-Out List, Mr. *** may call our Opt-Out Request Line at 877.OPTOUT5 *************), and be prepared to provide the name, Social Security number, address, and telephone number. All consumers have the right to be excluded from receiving firm (preapproved or prescreened) offers of credit or insurance. Each company that allows its data to be used for such offers is required to have an opt-out list. The opt-out list is compiled of consumers who do not want their personal information shared with businesses that promote such offers.

    I need a free copy of my ChexSystems Report ASAP.The automated systems is horrible. It is frustratign that I am not able to get a live representatvie to address my concerns. This is not good customer service.Also I am not able to get access to the online portal because it never sends the one-time pin to the email that I have registered with the portal which is ******************************* 02/25/85 SSN: ********* Address: ********************************************Please send me a copy of the report ASAP as I need to verify the accuracy of the report and dispute anything that is incorrect. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience Mr. ****** experienced when attempting to use the automated phone system to contact **********************.  The consumer may call ************ and when prompted, say other options to be transferred to a ********************** representative.
    Our records indicate that Mr. ****** submitted a request for a consumer disclosure report though our IVR system on 12/13/2024. A copy of Mr.******* ********************** consumer disclosure report was sent to him on the same date.

    It seems that a fraudulent checking account with *************** was opened in my name in **. I requested that they remove it from my file. They declined stating that the information is correct. The information is NOT CORRECT. They have a responsibility to report our accurate information. It very maddening to me that this company that I have never heard of is contributing to the wrong caused by an identify theft. They are forcing me to spend more time trying to correct this. *** ******

    Chex Systems, **** (ChexSystems) has reviewed the complaint filed by ******* ******.
    Our records indicate that ChexSystems has previously received a dispute directly from the consumer that was of the same nature as the complaint.  As is our standard practice, ChexSystems placed the reported information in dispute and sent a letter to notify the consumer of our intent to initiate a reinvestigation.ChexSystems notified *************** of the consumers dispute and requested that they reinvestigate the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted.
    *************** requested a change be made to the disputed information to reflect the closure status as no monetary loss and the date of closure and closure status date as 01/09/2023 and with those changes, verified the disputed information to be accurate and complete. As a result, it will remain on file at ChexSystems.
    ChexSystems sent a letter to notify the consumer of the results of the reinvestigation and to provide an updated consumer disclosure report. The letter also explains that, in accordance with the ****, the consumer may provide a valid identity theft report signed by a law enforcement officer or police report filed with a law enforcement agency that clearly supports the claim. Once ChexSystems receives the required supporting documentation, we will review the situation further and provide the consumer with notification of any action taken.

    I found incorrect information about myself on Chex Systems Inc database, I went through their website to file a dispute about this and have heard absolutely nothing back. This needs resolved asap as the incorrect information is holding up another process with another business.

    I am filing a complaint regarding ongoing issues with ChexSystems that prevent me from accessing my consumer report online. Each time I attempt to create an account on their website, I am met with an error message stating, "A security quiz based on the information you provided could not be generated." This issue has persisted despite multiple calls to ChexSystems customer service. Unfortunately, no representative has been able to resolve the problem, and I remain unable to access my report.This lack of access is causing significant problems, as I suspect incorrect information on my report is hindering my ability to open bank accounts. I am unable to easily verify or address potential inaccuracies, and ChexSystems has not provided any effective solution.I would appreciate your assistance in urging ChexSystems to resolve this issue promptly, as it is impacting my financial standing and access to essential banking services.

    I inquired with a bank to open an account. They said it was denied because of a report they got from chexsystems. I called chexsystems but they couldnt help either. I walked them through all the bank information, and they said the bank would reoprt that info only if it was true. So I asked them if that is correct, and my personal info that I see on the report is correct, then where is the faulty information? NO ANSWER, so I only see chexsystems as creating problems
