I went to the store and inquired about my account. I asked the owner when my last visit was, and he confirmed it was four months ago. I then explained that I had canceled my membership during that visit because I was moving farther away and verbally communicated that I wouldn't be returning. Despite this, they continued to charge me for the membership. I requested a refund for the four months they charged me for a service I didn't receive, but the owner denied the refund and refused to address the situation.12/01/2021-04/01/2022Business response

Hi *****,
I have contacted ***** and explained to her I was unaware this had happened and that I would refund her. She didnt seem interested in much I had to say, which is fine, but Im wanting to resolve this because I do want to make sure everyone that shops at my store is treated well and leaves happy.
I went to refund ***** but could not find the correct card info. I would like to refund her but need card info. I also sent a text to her as well. See screen shot below. Maybe shes not comfortable with communicating with me. Could you see if you could get card info? Or maybe she would want a store credit? Whichever she prefers!

Pet grooming services on 9/16, our dog appears to be in pain after these services were performed. We are asking for a return call from the manager, and to view their tapes to make sure something did not happen to our dog, during the grooming. The manager will not return our calls.
