I called Whirlpool about an issue with my water softener. They directed me to EcoPureHome for the parts for my softener they thought I would need. It was discovered that the parts that ********* said I needed were not needed at all. I contacted EcoPureHome to get a full refund and return the unused and unopened parts exactly as they arrived. I spent a week on a carnival ride back and forth with their support and the alleged escalation to 'tier 2'. There was always an excuse as to why nothing has been done including a missing order number which was absolutely given to them on their online form from the start. I cannot understand why this company has such a problem with a simple refund well within the terms of their advertised terms of refund.Business response

I am filing a complaint on the basis of fraud against EcoPureHome.com .On 1/20/2023 my husband ***** ordered an item from this business. Order # *************-01. He paid $266.56 with a credit card. The item has not been sent to us and EcoPureHome.com stopped responding when my husband inquired about the order. In the beginning the business did respond via email back to my husband and told him the item was expected to ship soon. Now the business does not respond back at all but they sure took our money the day of the order for an item we never received. He decided to cancel the order February 12, 2023 and expects a full refund. No refund has been put back on our credit card and no response from the business either.Business response

We truly apologize for any confusion in the cancellation and refund of your order on Feb 12. Our team cancelled the order on EcoPureHome.com that day, but made a mistake on our internal program, which delayed your refund. The refund was then successfully granted on Feb 14, ***************************************************************** your account 2-4 business days after that initiation.
