Purchased vehicle first part of October, noticed warranty needed to be done. Spoke with sales and set up a appointment to have completed. They came and picked up my vehicle brought to the body shop in *********** **. Was told I would have vehicle back on Thursday November 16. Recieved a call from body shop on 15th that it would take three to four weeks to complete work. The body shop then tried to talk me out of doing the repair, to my understanding it seemed they didnt want to work on my vehicle and would do a poor job, I called the salesperson back and told them my concern that I wasnt comfortable with there body shop I needed my work done somewhere else. He got me in contact with his manager and I spoke with him and told him my concern. He said he would check into my local body shop I suggested to do the work and we could hire them. This morning my salesperson called and wanted to give me a new loaner vehicle because he is selling the one I have. I told him your supervisor told me he was bringing my new vehicle back and we were going to fix it locally. I then recieved a call from his supervisor that they were going to complete the work there and be done in a timely matter. I asked him when did this all switch and I reminded him I do not want your body shop working on my vehicle. He said he is returning my vehicle and I havent heard any moreBusiness response
