Purchased a brand new Bernina 880 ******************** Embroidery/Sewing machine from Crafty Corner in March of 2022. I traded in my Brother Dream Machine in the transaction. I had numerous issues with this machine and made many trips with it to the repair shop. After 3 months of this I traded the machine with Crafty Corner to a Bernina 790 ******************** because they did not have another 880 Plus in Store. I again experienced the same type of issues with this different machine. I voiced my concerns many times and was told I was threading the machine incorrectly, which I was not doing, and or that by taking the Mastery Classes all these issues would go away. I finally told *** that I wanted to return the machine and he told me that that was not possible and there was nothing more he could do for me. He told me to list it on **** and sell it. I have also purchased a number of extra accessories for this machine that I am unable to use because I am tired of ruining projects with this machine.Business response

Business Response taken via phone by BBB staff.
The business provided a trade on the 880 machine with a $1500.00 check. They offered to provide training on the usage of the sewing machine which was refused, they now have a used machine that they them selves have been using and it is working fine. They would be unable to sell the machine as new and have taken a loss on the sale.
