      Absolute worst buying experience ever. To start, they offered 5k under what other dealerships were offering for my trade. I set up another dealership to buy my trade so I could keep my tax benefits. All the finance guy, ****, had to do was send that dealership a purchase order. Well, he didnt for several days which ended up costing me $2k in trade value. The ** called me and assured that a purchase order was sent and that I was CCd on the email. When I checked, the had sent me one of their customers personal bank statements instead. When I told the ** that they had sent me someones bank statement, he randomly said that there was adult-content purchases on the transaction history. The General Manager, of all people, was having this extremely unprofessional conversation with me. After all that, the finance guy, ****, calls me and says they can no longer take my trade as part of the deal. He says this AFTER I already had my trade picked up and after they had already cashed the check my bank sent them. One of the owners calls me and mentioned that she fired the finance guy and that she would take care of the deal personally. Word for word, she said Im not above bribery, so if you give us a good survey, Ill send you a whiskey bottle of your choice. Incredible. Truck arrives. It was in disgusting condition. The transport guy says that the truck is on 1 mile to empty. The closest gas station is 1.5 miles from me. I arrive on fumes, literally 0 miles on the dash. I call the sales guy, ******, and he assures me that they will make it right. He says that they will reimburse me for the gas. I followed up with him and he never responded. Ive bought a ton of vehicles and this has easily been the worst experience so far. You couldnt pay me to buy from these guys again. The salesperson, finance guy, gm, all of you: you should be ashamed. You take absolutely zero pride in your work and its disgusting. This purchase experience was a nightmare.

      I bought a car in March it's been in the shop almost every month now the transmission is gone took my kids to the zoo and the car broke down at the zoo it won't even move the transmission is gone and they tell me that they sell cars according to your credit I knew that so I said you sold me a piece of lemon cuz I had piece of limit credit don't go there I don't recommend if you are not a seven or above credit score don't go there cuz you going to leave out with the lemon

      Andranette, Im sorry your 2012 **** Fusion with ******* miles needs a new transmission. You bought the vehicle over a year ago and we have not seen you for regular maintenance. Im sorry that it did not last the way you hoped. We did do some free service work for you after a shop in ******* had done some less than reputable repairs. I appreciate your business but we cannot seem to make you happy. Like we talked yesterday, maybe it is best that you take your service business elsewhere. Im sorry we lost you as a customer.

      If it had ********************************************************************************* no way because you told me you only sell cars going to your credit so my credit getting good enough yeah I know when Im say what I want to say on here because I feel like youre playing me and it is what it is and Im not the only person thats complaining about yall now that I see since Ive made my complaint is a whole lot of people coming out of it works oh yeah anyway have a nice day your business *****

      I went up to zumbrota ford during their "dollar down" sale which seemed like a good deal boy was I wrong. The salesman was very pushy and although did what they could to get me a payment in my budget they still roped me in to a payment I'm having trouble affording. And I was told the "solutions" team would help me find a solution and that didn't happen either what did happen was a sales manager called talked to me about sales numbers in a very condescending way like I was a f****** child I'm 40 **** years old also why are they the only dealership that refuses to post their prices of used vehicles on the site . The truck I ended up with was on their lot for about **** more then Rochester dealerships and I have about **** in negative equity on the truck. The morl of my story is don't buy from zumbrota ford

      Below is my review I left for them, and also the response from the owner. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE THERE! ************************* and his daughter take severe advantage of young kids on getting them approved on a car loan at ****% interest. I wonder if the "Dealer for the People" would treat his own kids like that. This is so unacceptable and is crazy and feels like such a huge scam. You Zumbrota Ford are nothing better than Cars and Credit, feeding on people that are inexperienced in purchasing a car and what to look for. How dare you ***** treating people like that, that is a big scam if I ever heard of it. I don't care if it is legal, you took advantage of young people just trying to make it on their own. Shame on you! If I could give you negative starts I would put you in negative 100. How can you sleep at night knowing you do this. You sound like a politician and boy you sure act like one.I would love to talk with you *******, i'm sorry, this response is very scammy to me, it has done nothing but wreck their credit. paying ***** for a car for 66 months, paying over ****** when done. how can you even say that is helping them. You ******* along with your business partner are crooked politicians. WOW! I cannot even begin to comprehend how you can feel that is good. I wonder what loop hole you go thru on getting that to be even remotely legal. I assume you must be referring to a son/daughter we helped with a car loan. For lots of first time buyers without a qualified co-signer 22% interest is a way to get approved, establish a good payment history and then trade into something nicer and newer with lower interest after establishing a good payment history with the lender(s) and credit bureaus. We are not a bank and do not loan out the money. We work with the banks to fight on our customers behalf to get them the best deal possible based on everyones unique situation. Im sorry you were not present at the time of purchase but with their permission I would welcome us all to get together so we can understand the circumstances better, together.       ******, Once again I apologize that you are frustrated at the interest rate your son or daughter paid for their vehicle. For first time buyers with no co-signer loans are typically at a higher interest rate which is set by the bank based on their credit and has nothing to do with Zumbrota Ford. I am bummed that you were not present for your child's purchase. I would welcome you and them to come back at anytime so we can review their purchase in its entirety and hopefully things will make more sense.       What are you going to explain to me. That you get a big spiff from crooked banks on loaning g money to desperate people at 23% that your advertising "a dealer for the people" is nothing short of political campaign. yes I would love to talk to you. To see a person trying to explain how they didnt remotely try on get my kids a good rate. Do local banks even work with you? We cant even get the car refinanced because now they owe way more than what it's worth. You Zumbrota Ford are a scam.

      Traded me a lemon and won't contact me about it. They forced me to trade my SUV for a crappy lemon car.

      ***** we have been in contact and we have offered you options. It is always hard when you are trading down, you had a nice 2014 ****** Murano and traded down into a ***************. We cannot and would not force you into anything. If you would like to review your options again we would welcome the idea.       That's not true. Your sales representative held my keys when I kept asking for them. Also, a week and a half ago I tried calling ***** on the Friday and Monday. I left messages and never received a call back. This isn't the first time this has happened.
