I paid $2,500 to have him cut up a tree and drop it in front of my house. During the tree removal process he recklessly dropped limbs and branches to the point of damaging our walkway and breaking our neighbors side window. We were told he would take care of the damages but it has been over 2 years, but still gives excuses that he will get to it.

We did a job for her at her house.  When we were done I let her know immediately that one of her concrete slabs was cracked.  She said don't worry about it.  She called and told us our neighbor's window was broken.  I told her we would take care of it and have the homeowner call us.  She was more worried about it than he was worried about it.  It wasn't until I did her friend's tree job (which I lost $2100 on) so her friend didn't pay.  So we talked on the phone to her and she got mad because I wouldn't do a job for her in the winter.  I couldn't do it in the winter.  She wanted me to come 2 years later to fix her concrete.  She slammed me on social media.  I have asked her to stop harassing me and my business.  This all happened 2 years ago.  She has been slandering me on my personal life and business.

I wrote a check for $225.00 with the promise that he would fix a part of my guttering that needed to be replaced. Check #****, written on April 17, 2021, to do the job and buy the needed material. Every time I called him to find out about doing the job he just says that he will be over to do it soon. He has never shown up. All I get is promises or sometimes he does not answer the phone even after I left a message. Now it is almost November and I am worried about my gutter falling off with winter snow and ice. He is using his daughter's phone (number given) until he can get his phone fixed. Please help.
