This is a scam company. They took $8200 from me and I got had. They opened 2 credit cards in my name when I only gave consent to see if I would be approved or so I thought. They came back with all my information. They only give you 7days to cancel and no one will even contact you or talk with you about it. The guy ***** or whatever is an absolute p.o.s and is argumentative and rude. Please don't be like me and give them anything.

We want to apologize and take responsibility for the customer service recieved. We do have a binding contract that does protect the company and the client in all aspects which we show you signed. We are still wanting to speak to you and acknowledge your concerns and see if we are able to come to a resolution. The purpose of the meeting supposedly was to teach us how to use other timeshares with our own timeshare. We were told that they were NOT selling or buying anything, yet we walked out with $26K in debt. This would not have been too bad if we could pay it off, interest free, over 100 months as they represented, but instead they put it on new credit cards with 18 or 21 month introductory interest-free rates, which leaves us with finding other interest-free opportunities for the remaining ***** months or pay the credit card going rate of 10-20%. Our paperwork said that we could get into the members-only website with the ** and password provided on the documents that we brought home. It wasn't, so we can't get in to the website to better understand the concept. Therefore, we are going to use our cost-free seven day option to cancel this contract.

Mr. ********* we show that you were given access before the 7 day recession. You were provided a unique ID for your account to login to the membership. We do show that we recieved a cancellation letter back on 6/4/2024 and your account reflects cancelled as well. If in the future you decide to move forward please give us a call.

They don't know what they're doing. I called up there and they lied to me about my timeshare being canceled. Then they called back and said they made a mistake. How can a timeshare company make that kind of mistake? Sneaky, misleading, incompetent, and a disgrace. Those the words that remind me of Options Travel Group.

************ Options Travel Group or ****************** does not have record of you calling and speaking with anyone at out office. You may have been calling your previous timeshare and that response was given we are not sure. Our records do infact show you have been released from ownership as on 10/29/2022. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that so many people are complaining about a. FREE gift. I didn't go to this meeting for a gift. I went because my family and I have been trapped in two timeshares for 20 years. We, of course, called the timeshare companies and begged them, to no avail, to take them back. This company is 100% legit! They did exactly what they promised us they would. They got us out of these burdens! Bravo Options Travel Group! Shame on those of you that call a legitimate company a scam because your FREE gift didn't work out the way you wanted!!

I must admit, I came here first to read reviews and was quite taken back and honestly hesitant to do business with OTG. My wife and I decided we were so buried in maintenance it couldn't get any worse, so we took a chance. To my surprise, Options travel group did EVERYTHING they said they were going to do! The follow up and customer service was above and beyond everything we ever experienced with any of the timeshare companies we invested in prior to our meeting with Options Travel. I saw many people online complaining about many different things but when we cut though the noise, all of those people were still released from their timeshares. And that was our only goal, TO GET OUT OF OUR TIMESHARES.. and that's what they did. A++ in our mind. We actual have sent 4 other friends and relatives to them to help them out. They helped every one of them get out and it was average timeframe of about 4 months. Well worth the money they charged. Not to mention when we called the concierge they saved us $3400 PER PERSON on an ******* cruise we already had booked through an online site. Super happy with our decision to trust Options travel! That's my two cents.. for what its worth.

Travels Option Group scammed my wife and I at a meeting we were invited to, to see about ways you can take Cruises more efficiently. Once at the Hotel, that subject was changed to getting out of our *********************** and into a Option Travel Group Club. During the presentation, they explained that for $17,860, plus $1,595 per deed they would get us out of our lifetime Deeds and scared my wife with claims that our children, and their children's, children's would be responsible for maintenance fees that would grow to excess of $20,000 a year. To calm my wives fears from these claims I agreed to purchase the service. However, I found pout two things, they executed a bait and switch and said the $17,860 was for access to their Options Travel Group (OTG) website, which is no better for acquiring travel than Expedia, Priceline, Kayak, etc., and 90% of the time Expedia beats their pricing. However, to be fair, *** does says it will match Expedia price. So for $17, 860, I get to buy travel at the same price as if I use Expedia for FREE, They also stated that it would cost in excess of $20K to pay a law firm to get us out of the ************* maintenance fees, however Shell ************* and Wyndham ************* BOTH have processes to return your deeds if they are 100% paid off and you are up-to-date on Maintenace fees for a NO COST exchange and free you of any legal obligations on the deeds or Maintenace fees. OTG and ****************** personal told us we were wrong and good luck. They also bait you into using one of two Credit cards that have zero interest for 21 and 18 months. However, they as for $500 up front to start the clock, then the CC's to finish the transaction and provide you access to the website to see the value (you don't get access to the website UNTIL you pay in full), and then find out the truth that the website provides no better discounted vacation travel than Expedia or any other FREE travel website.

This company is a scam. We were given a $25 e-gift card but was unable to redeem due to invalid redemption code Options Travel Group provided. When contacted the representative, a follow-up was promised. No additional response was received. Please beware of this company.

If you were offered a gift you should of received it, if you would like to speak to someone at the corproate office our number is 800-896-9308. We would like to make sure you did infact recieve your gift you were promised.

Is it normal for them to make a home visit uninvited
