On or around March 22,2024 I dropped my car off for air conditioning repair. Roughly a week later I finally picked up my car. I noticed lights on the dashboard that were not on prior to going into the shop. Air bag sensor and ABS. My traction control no longer works, the part that was replaced makes a squeaking noise, the ***** was torn and no longer attached to the windshield, I found a piece to my car under the driver seat, and the single wipe on my wiper settings no longer works. I drove out of there with more issues than what was necessary. I really expected a lot more after spending $1,300.00. All of this should have been looked over and addressed prior to me picking up my car. *****, the owner, is aware, but all I hear is that " it could be something in the steering column wasn't tighten" "the windshield had dry rot" I will not deny that there was MINOR dry rot, but the ***** was very much still attached to my windshield.Business response

Hello.
I have called and texted *********************** and her husband in response to your notification of complaint. They didn't answer text nor phone calls. I have not received a response as of 5/21/24.
I can verify that *********************** had a used re-circulation door installed in her Chrysler. After the repair was complete, she returned and stated that several warning lights were on. We did verify that, and cleared them as they were triggered during the replacement. I can also verify that she returned after that as the air was not blowing cold and she stated that she could still feel a breeze from under the car, as that was the reason for the replacement unit. We looked at it on the spot. I showed both her and her husband that I could not reproduce the cold air. I used a wind blower to simulate travel up to 100 MPH and couldn't reproduce the costumers concern. This is when we removed her window cowl to see if there was a leak under it. All this was at no charge as follow up service.
During the removal and installation of the cowl deteriorated rubber fell apart. We informed her of this and that only purchasing a new cowl would remedy this as hers was worn from exposure. She was in a hurry to go and elected to have us assemble the vehicle so she could come back later. The part under the seat was verified to be from the used unit and the original was used in its place.
I have told her in the past that we are willing to keep looking at the issue.
I am the owner of Buffalo Warrior Auto and we are happy to perform any warranty services for no charge. If any lights are on as a result of this repair we will remedy that.
