      08/01/2022 $250.00 Circle K Reloadable Gift card I went to this business to reload the gift card, the cashier stated that the magnet might be demagnetized. She told me that I might have to get a new one, I explained to her that the cards are hard to find. She called another location as they had some. I went to another location that I have been to multiple times, and he had no problem with the card going thru with the transaction. When I got home in the afternoon, I had noticed that the ****** location had the amount pending for 250.00 along with the location in ***** ***** for 250.00 as well. I contacted our credit union and was told that it might fall off the next day. The transaction actually was taken out of the account. I have been in contact with a lady at the ********, MO location that knows how to take care of the gift cards. She stated that it was refunded, I explained to her that it wasn't. She said that it might take 5-7 days which is totally understandable. Our credit union said that we would have to dispute the transaction, we only had until the 19th to get this completed. Circle K gave me a printout of a screenshot and the credit union stated that isn't acceptable. I have been talking to Circle K corporate, the 1st time I was told that the store can give me a duplicate receipt. Circle K store level told me that they don't have any way of doing a duplicate receipt. I called back to corporate again and she was supposed to get in contact with me sometime this week. I just called corporate back and was told why you don't just go back to the store and take care of this. I explained to her what was going on and she was kept questioning me like I don't know what I was talking about. I have also talked to the credit union about the transaction history. She stated that they still owe us the $250.00 and that we will have to take it up with Circle K. I was not issued a receipt or an account number.
