On 6/20/23 we met for a consultation and she received $500 payment for 10 sessions each for 30 minutes. On that day we also scheduled the first two appointments for 6/27/23 and 7/5/23. She canceled both appointments the day before the appointment was scheduled. On 6/26/23 she said she would call me later that week to reschedule the first appointment, but I never hear from her. On 7/4/23 I called to find out if we were going to meet and she canceled the appointment for 7/5/23. She said she could probably get me in on 7/7/23. Later on 7/4/23 I got a bad feeling and also read reviews on the business and decided to cancel services. On 7/5/23 I sent her an email requesting to cancel all services and to receive a refund. I also sent a certified letter about canceling and requesting a refund. On 7/5/23 she responded to my email and said she doesn**;t offer refunds but offers credit within ***************************************************************************************** a row, this should be an exception where she offers a refund.
