In October of 2014, The Foundation Doctor sealed cracks and installed anchor bolts to blocks buried in the yard to pull/hold the foundation wall in place. This work came with a lifetime warranty. With the recent rains, one of the bolts going through the foundation wall, has developed a substantial leak. The website is none existent, they do not answer the phone, or emails. I want my warranty work done.

I used this company&#**;s services in 2020. I have a warranty and have attempted to contact them both by phone (full mailbox) and by email (no response). I have a copy of my warranty which I can share. I am having some leaking going on, signs of moisture but no standing water. I&#**;ve tried contacting them, and went to their website even, but their website is not working.

Epoxy injection was done by previous owners a couple years ago. We are the new owners. There is a lifetime transferable warranty on the work done. The injection site began leaking and flooded the basement several weeks ago.. I have reached out to the company and left numerous message and emails with ZERO response. No one ever answers the phone- its an automatic message that then goes to voicemail. Half the time the vm is full and you cant even leave a message. It has been four weeks since I first contacted the company and I have not received ANY contact from them. Not one phone call back. I am now forced to go with another company to get the problem inspected and fixed before it causes more damage to my house. This is unacceptable business practices and they clearly do not honor their lifetime warranty. This is fraud by them. We only bought the house because we know the work had a LIFE TIME WARRANTY.

They will not answer any customers and I assume must be closed. They left the voicemail up as if they will be returning calls. They left customers with lifetime warranties hanging out to dry. Do not do business with anyone who was associated with the foundation doctor

Bought a house in 11/21 with some evidence of basement leaks. Owner agreed to have the area sealed. Was done in October 2021 and repair Carries a lifetime warranty. Basement leaked in same spot two weeks ago. Company wont respond to repeated calls, voicemails and emails. It appears others get the same treatment. I would like for them to fix their work and honor their warranty.

The Foundation Doctor does not return calls regarding following up on their warranty. Ive called a handful of times in the past month or two and have never received a call back despite the fact that I left detailed information in voicemails.

My wife and I bought a house with the condition from the seller that the basement would be waterproofed by installing drain tiles and sump pumps. We called upon The Foundation Doctor for one of the estimates and they gave us a fair and reasonable quote. They gave us two different estimates for two different jobs. The foundation doctor told us all we needed to waterproof were the drain tiles and sump pumps and the piers could be added later for the structural stability sometime in the future. Within two days of moving in, we had heavy rain which caused water seeping into the basement. The Foundation Doctor gave us a lifetime warranty on the waterproofing but told us that we needed the piers put in to avoid any water from getting into the basement as well. This confused us since they told us the piers had nothing to do with the waterproofing but only structural stability. The Foundation Doctor did offer to come back to do a caulking job as a temporary fix but when we inquired about it further, they stopped responding to our calls. The real estate agents from the seller and broker for our real estate agent also inquired about the situation to The Foundation Doctor but to no avail. It seems that The Foundation Doctor is avoiding the lifetime guarantee for waterproofing and also trying to tell us we need to purchase the piers now to fix the problem. As I write this, our basement is drawing in more water from the outside. The water is coming up from the drain tiles and the sump pumps are not doing what they are supposed to be doing. We are at a loss since The Foundation Doctor will not answer our replies for help.
