            I took my lawnmower to Motterts on Saturday October 7th to have the self propelled drive cable repaired. He completed a work order and I left the mower. He said it might be a couple of days dependning if he had to order the part. No money was exchanged and a price was not quoted.I tried calling back the next Thursday but no one answered and I did not leave a message.I looked on the website Tuesday October 17th to call them again and the website said the business is permanently closed.More phone calls went unanswered.I drove by the business Wednesday October 10/18 and there were locks on both gates during posted business hours. I am only interested in getting my lawn mower back. There is no cash lost.Can you help me get my mower out from behind the locked gates?My cell phone number is **************, please call me.Thanks ***

            You should definitely do your research and read reviews prior to going here. This place is absolutely terrible. The owner does not return phone calls, lies about turn around times and also does work on your things when you bring in for a simple diagnostic without your consent. You would be better off buying a new mower because they made our mower worse. I wish you could give negative stars because that is how terrible they are. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business. Good luck trying to get ahold of them. They kept saying 'we are running a week behind.' Ok, one week is fine. When we then tried to call that following week they said they still haven't gotten to our mower. This then went on for 8 weeks. 8 weeks of our mower just sitting there and not being looked at. These people that run this place are despicable.
