Bought a fridge in Aug 2021, Delivered ahead of promised date.Have also purchased microwave, dishwasher, and gas stove in the last 4 years. All from Genuine Appliance.Review from Christine S

My dryer needed repair and was still under manufacturer's warranty. The repair man showed up the first time without a mask. I did not say anything but was very uncomfortable. There is an immune compromised person living here. They ordered the part and were supposed to call me before coming to finish the repair and I had planned to tell him to bring a mask. He showed up without calling first, still unmasked, and when I asked him to put one on, he said he did not have one. Again I allowed him in but was very uncomfortable. Is this really how you treat your customers? Regardless of whatever you believe, when you are entering someone else's home the very least you can do is respect their wishes. I will never purchase from this company again.
