    *** and her mechanics dont know what they are doing!! They placed missing parts back on my vehicle , alignment was still not correct. Took longer than told us, and no communication. Mechanic was supposed to return that same evening never showed up and no communication. ****** it to another mechanic who called them to tell them what was wrong. They still refused to reimburse me what I had to pay to correct their mistake. They lied on fraud dispute! Dont go to this place at all! Horrible place!! Stay far Away.

    Hello *****. We are sorry to hear that you are so upset with your services. Let us clarify a few things. When you say that we placed "missing" parts back on your vehicle, you must be talking about the caster/camber bolts, which we did not remove or replace. If you notice on your invoice, you were not charged for these parts for that reason; we did not replace them. The ones that you say a mechanic in Arizona told you are the wrong ones, were already on your truck when you brought it to us. Our alignment machine is computerized and all aspects of the alignment on your truck were in the "green" (which means it is aligned properly) before being taken off the alignment rack. We have the records to show that. When you say it "took longer than told us, and no communication," correct. It did take longer than originally anticipated. However, there is a large sign in our front office that states, "NOTICE: Due to many unforeseen circumstances in the repairing of automobiles, we regret that we can Only Estimate, Not Promise a completion time. Your understanding is greatly appreciated." Your father and your son also visited our shop regularly for updates so there were many in-person communications, as well as phone communications. You are correct too when you say that the mechanic left and did not return one of the days that your truck was at our shop. You had already been made aware that your truck would not be done that day so I'm unsure why that is an issue, not to mention he left for personal reasons (but that's none of your business.) Also, if you had any questions when the mechanic was gone, our secretary was available from open to close to answer the phone if you had called.When your son came to pick up the truck after completion of repairs, he tried to accuse us of a dent in the tailgate. We immediately offered to review our indoor and outdoor security systems but he immediately changed his mind that the dent must not have happened at our shop. Your son then signed the invoice agreeing to pay the amount owed. We did not hear from anyone in regard to your truck for an entire month; never hearing from the mechanic in Arizona you say called us. You/Your son drove it all the way to Arizona and drove it for a few weeks before calling us and claiming that there was an issue with the alignment. We suggested bringing it back to us but you couldn't. We would have tried to work something out if you could have provided us proof that you had to have a repair that we already completed, repaired again within 30 days. Two months after the repairs, you disputed the credit card purchase through your bank for a random amount. We have no idea what repairs and/or parts you were disputing because nothing on our invoices added up to the amount you disputed. If the amount you disputed was related to another mechanics **** you were trying to claim you had to pay, there was no proof of that that we could see because you chose to dispute the issue directly through your bank instead of with us. We absolutely did not lie when we countered your dispute. We merely sent in receipts of parts purchased for those repairs and a copy of the signed invoice where your son agreed to pay the total amount owed for the repairs listed on the invoice. Lastly, you have not attempted to provide us with any proof that you had to have further repairs so at this time, we will not be reimbursing you. You had ample time to provide something. Any warranty we would have offered is now expired. Especially after your threatening phone call. We would greatly appreciate it if you would no longer contact our business threatening to come here and physically harm our employees. Our local police department has been made aware of your threats and you are no longer welcome on this property. I'm only sorry that you have chosen to react to this situation the way that you have.

    All I have to say, *** and her mechanics, I would never take my vehicle again there again! They lie, they cheated me out of my money for the ****** service!! I have tried a few times to ask them to make it right, and they are refusing. Which is ok, that is their right. I never called them again after I asked few times to make it right, so her saying I threatened them is a complete LIE! I would stay far away from this company.
