I implore anyone considering Shaheens business for their cabinet needs to think twice and then think again. This establishment is not just disappointingit is a catastrophic failure in maintaining even the basic tenets of honesty and integrity. They have not only failed to settle payments for cabinets and installations, but their operations are **** with schemes that can only be described as outright scams. Dealing with *******, the owner, has been an exercise in futility and frustration. His approach to business is manipulative and deceitful, showing a complete disregard for ethical standards and customer respect. Every interaction has been marred by broken promises, unmet deadlines, and a disturbing lack of accountability. This isn't just a poor business; it's a venomous entity that preys on trust and exploits consumer vulnerability. Please, save yourself the immense trouble and emotional distress. There are numerous, far more reputable options available that value and uphold the principles of decent human conduct and professional responsibility. We bought our home in Apr2023, & all the renovation work was completed by this company. In full transparency, we bought the home as-is; however, on 30May2023, one of the staff members connected to this company happened to see that we had called an **** specialist as the air conditioner was not running. She asked us to walk her through the house and point out any other issues we had noticed & told us this company would fix everything on the list and refund us for the **** specialist visit. The list of issues included the ****, a missing outlet in an appliance cubby, missing waterline to the fridge and backyard hose, outside paneling separating from the side of the house, leaking sinks, a leaking toilet, shelves in multiple rooms installed incorrectly, a broken ceiling fan, incorrectly installed plumbing in a sink and showers in two bathrooms, & missing keys to certain doors. She had the owner, *******************************, come by in person and tour the house with us and take pictures of all the ******* **** guaranteed he would send people to fix all these issues. Shortly afterwards, we had an issue with a plumbing leak on the second floor which resulted in a decent amount of water damage which he also promised he would send people to fix; later we would discover the **** system had components break as a result of this damage as well. Most recently, we discovered more shelves were installed incorrectly when two popped out of the wall and fell on me with all their contents on them; it's going to cost hundreds to replace everything that broke as a result of the poor instillation.Over the span of everything, I consistently tried to get in touch with ******* via text and phone call to try to understand when people were coming to do the repairs we were promised- he would occasionally answer the phone and assure us people were coming, once he said he'd come himself, but this proved to be untrue time and time again, minimal repairs have been completed, and it's costing us hundreds.
