I ordered a ramp from this company. I paid $3750.00 using my Discover card. Then I cancelled the order because my husband went on hospice. This was within 13 days. He didn**;t have all the equipment to begin with and now he**;s telling me he can**;t refund me until he sells the equipment. I understand that he had time and energy designing the ramp for the front of the house. I**;m not asking for a full refund, only a partial refund. I am willing to pay him for the time he invested in it and the cost of the permit from Overland ($85 is what he told me but I never saw the ****.) I never received any of the equipment. ******,Your payment of $3750.00 on 3/17/22 was a deposit for me to special order a $7500.00 ramp system for your home.Deposits on special orders are nonrefundable.You cancelled on or around 3/30/22, the ramp system was ordered and in transit.Because of your unfortunate situation, I offered to refund some of your deposit if and when I use your ramp system for another job. I am rejecting this response because: at the bottom of the invoice it states that "Cancellation or reschedule of installation may be requested up to hours without a surcharge of 10% of product. "Customised items are non-returnable after installation. Per bottom of invoice. I did not receive any ramps and I should of received at least some of my down payment.
