    I have experienced serious problems very similar to previous complaints that I have read on your site. I sent a very special book (my father's life history) with very few available copies to have a non-destructive scan created. I received an email on November 29th confirming that they had received my book and that the scan would be completed in 5 to 9 business days. I heard nothing and sent an email requesting an update on December 18. They said they were running behind and the scan would be delivered by the next Wednesday. On December 27th I received an email saying they had to purchase new equipment that would arrive by January 10th. I did not hear anything and sent an email on January 25th asking for an update. I called on January 26th and my call was answered. (He was driving and seemed to have picked up my call by mistake.) He said I would receive my scan that day. I did receive the scan along with a message that my book would be returned in 4 to 8 business days. In reviewing the file I found multiple pages were not scanned properly and I asked for those specific pages to be rescanned. I have now sent multiple emails and messages through the website. I have also called multiple times and left messages. I have never received a reply. I feel that I have been extremely patient in trying to work with Blue Leaf and I am being completely ignored. I am now extremely worried that my book has not been returned. Again, it is very difficult to get copies of this book. While I would like the work to have been done properly and with quality I will settle for just getting my book back. I would appreciate any help you could provide in recovering this valuable book for me.

    I placed my order on- line with Blue Leaf Scanning on 5-31-24. I mailed my moms book on 6-1-24. Blue Leaf Scanning received her book on 6-4-24. My order was completed and my searchable PDF, Word document, PDF indexing, Premium Scanning, Rush Order, and my files on a DVD which is being mailed back to me with my moms book The Closet Experience was finished on 6-6-24! Excellent! Total investment $156.69. I paid extra for PDF indexing, files on a DVD, Rush order, and Premium Scanning Service.Your Searchable PDF, Word Document, and Direct Download Link is included in your order! My brother referred us to Blue Leaf! Thanks to ***********************, my brother and Blue Leaf Scanning our Mom can reclaim what has been lost!! ****** would be your next step for All your Publishing Needs! ??
