On 10/1/21, my wife and I contracted with KPro for a new roof installation on a home we recently purchased. In January, the roof began leaking in one place. KPro sent someone out to repair (we were not home at the time). The repair did not work. Several attempts have been made to get KPro back out to repair again. They have blamed the weather for not responding, but there have been days when the roof has been free of ice and snow. They promised to come out Friday, 2/18 with the added assurance that an owner would be on-site to supervise the work. They never showed up; not even a phone call to reschedule.Business response

The roof was leaking due to a flashing by the chimney on the front of the home. We had to reschedule this repair due to snow and ice on the roof. The repair was completed 2/21/2022. We are awaiting some snow/rain to make sure the repair is water tight and then will be taking care of any interior damage caused by the leak. Homeowner is requesting we wait on the interior until we know that the repair will completely solve the problem. Owner was on site while repair was being made, we have completely agreed to do whatever it takes to make the homeowner happy.Customer response
