NO EMERGECY WORK PERFORMED.*Notice of Cancellation of Contract both Emailed and Certified Mail *Failure to refund $5,160 deposit.*Refusal to provide deposit receipt despite check clearing the bank.*Poor communication before cancellation of contract and none after.*Deliberately withheld and did not disclose they are not locally owned (until an email proof of insurance attachment mistake) but were SOLD in January 2024 to an out of state entity who also owns 123 Exteriors among other companies. *Cancellation penalty on both Insurance Contingency Agreement and Insurance Project Contract of $120 per hour or 10% of Approved Price whichever is greater BEFORE WORK IS COMMENCED." *Predatory business tactics. *Employees and family members are leaving FAKE customer reviews on ******* *Image on their website of certifications containing the names of the PREVIOUS OWNERS of *********** Roofing but dont disclose that these individuals are former owners. As a consumer, one is lead to believe these certifications are current to employees on staff. Wildwood Roofing has filed an excessive number of cases against consumers for CC Mechanics liens in the past few years. "No more than 10% of the total job cost may be with held for any service issues. Waiting on small repair after a full job has been completed does not stop the state lien process."Please reference attached detailed complaint.
