Date of transaction: 06/10/2024 Amount of money: $177.00 *********** committed to provide a 2 color 24" x 16" hanging Campfire Bar Sign (red and blue)Nature of dispute: no contact aside from the initial "thanks for your order" email received the day of my order. Payment was taken from my credit card on June 10, 2024. NO other follow up emails. I have emailed this company, sent a message through their website, and sent a message via ******** messenger and cannot get a single response. I have not received my product, not have they replied to any of my messages asking when I can expect it or any updates at all. At this point I just want my money back.Customer response

April 20th paid in full for custom sign order #****. Approx. May 1 sent a status request. No answer.May 10 stated I had not recieved answer.May 13 recieved answer. Said should ship out beginning of next week.May ************************************************ the next few days I would like a refund.May 31 nothing .Tried calling but number is not good.Customer response

Upon further available info. it was determined that business owner not only refunded me the entire amount but also is sending me my item free of charge, along with an apology stating that he has been having trouble keeping up with orders. I am MORE than satisfied with this, and feel bad that I reported him. ********* says I should have been a little more patient. Turns out he is a very good person and reputable business owner.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sign on November 3rd it was supposed to take approximately 21 days to receive. The order number is ****. The cost was $98.31. I have emailed the company twice I have received a email wanting to know how I like the item I have sent that back twice telling them I never received it and there's never been a tracking number sent to me. I also have called and left messages no one will answer the phone and no one will return my callBusiness response

The customer will have her merchandise this weekend. We had a mechanical issue and have sent out several emails updating all of our customers about the delay. However I recently discovered our email address is being spammed by several email providers due to the fact we have the word sales in it. I contacted the customer today from my personal email and have offered to personally deliver her product to her home Saturday. All of our products are custom made as ordered and when there is a mechanical breakdown that does cause unforeseen delays.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sign on 9/5/22 I have tried several times to contact them via phone and no one ever answers. I left a voicemail and a ******************************* contacted me via email on 9/15/22 stating your order will ship ***** days from order date. It is now 10/11/22 I would like to know when I will receive my order.Business response

I received your letter that says you had sent a previous letter. That 1st letter was never received. I have been in contact with **********************. His item is shipping tomorrow. Every item we sell is custom made and normally ship ***** days from when they are ordered. From time to time it does take longer based on the amount of orders we recieve.
