Hired Mason Exterminating on May 8th 2022 for ant and spiders for 298.50. Was told a second follow up spray would need to be performed for an additional 85.00 to get a 90 day warranty so we did that within the 2 week window. That started our 90 day warranty period. Had a follow up treatment I believe on or about June 22nd. Called for another treatment on July 12th and was told I had no treatment options other than to pay again...no more "free" treatments even tho I was well covered on warranty time and had been guaranteed no ants. **** ***** said he wouldn't because ants weren't pests until they entered the house even though I had been told they were going to eradicate ants around the outside perimeter of my house and since I only had a couple inside the house he wasn't going to treat my house everyday...very childishBusiness response

We treated this home as an initial treatment as well as a follow up treatment. As I explaned to the customer our job is to keep the insects from residing in the home. While asking the customer questions over the phone he explained that he found a few ants under a planter that he waters on a daily basis. I went into details that ants will be drawn to the planter do to water. At no time did we guarantee that he wouldn't see any ants in the yard.
Keep in mind we treated the interior and the exterior perimeter not a full yard treatment. This gentleman has been on social media slandering our name and I'm at the point of contacting my legal team for derformation of character. We've been in buisiness since 1978 and this is the first time dealing with anything like this. At no time has he found any ants in his home. We stood behind our work and tried to commuicate this to the customer.
