    I noticed mold in my bathroom tub around the edges a couple of days ago . I informed the leasing office & was told all she could do is put the work order in and could not give me a date . 5/23/24 is when maintenance came . In the first pictures you can see when I first noticed the mold it has a white background, that was the surface . They had to knock that down & underneath was tiles . They also had to knock that down because its only suppose to be dry wall & that white surface . When my unit was worked on before I moved in , someone just put surface over tiles being lazy . That caused the first layer my white surface to become loose . When I was taking showers water was getting in between the surface and on the tiles & that is what caused the mold !!! Maintenance put some mold killer down & it will take 48 hours for it to sink in there which means Friday 5/24/24 maintenance wont be able to do anything & leasing office is closed Saturday, Sunday & also Monday memorials day . As the pictures show my bathroom walls are gone so I can not shower or bath for 5 days as I was informed . My leasing manager said I could use a vacant apartment to shower but she would not give me a key to it & told me to leave it unlocked . I feel very uncomfortable leaving knowing people could be watching me not lock the door & than when I have to come back , someone may be there . This is a dangerous neighborhood I live in & also there have been multiple reports about back door being broke in if they are not secure which vacancies are not . I can not shower or bath and have no option but to report this & see if something would be done . Also , they denied taking off half of my rent & they did not offer me hotel stay .

    Unprofessional been gave them half of a $1200 deposit around December 28 it was to move in February 9 we said if possible could we move in earlier theyre response was yes of course its February 5 an they just now doing the inspection failed it aint no way that they could have him inspect it by the 9 we requested or money back the 5 she said okay well give it to you in a couple of days that was Wednesday its now Monday she saying we can talk to the manager of the property the next day Tuesday the thing is if your doing all this so late an unprofessional how could I take your word to be expecting who ever you claimed could help us to show up I just want my deposit back which was 600 dollars
