Initial visit was 01-15-24, extraction 01-22-24 follow up 02-5-24. No new appointment set. Scammed out of $14,150 and no work done. Aspen told me that I needed all of my teeth pulled because it would cost me thousands for root canals. So, I would have to have implants because dentures would not work for me. They had me take out a loan with Care credit for 9 grand which they already took out 5 from my ins too, and when my loan wouldn't cover the set they said I would have to have top dentures and implants on bottom. My total would be 9,150.00 from me and 5 grand from my ins and no more extra. They pulled my teeth with no sedation which I asked for and they said no, not even numbing gel before the shots. They were rough in pulling. I kept choking on broken teeth fragments and was yelled at for moving to motion with hands. It was horrifying. I dealt with the pain but the temp dentures do not fit at all and are too large and my mouth will not close. follow up visit the dentist would not see me and the tech said there was nothing she could do about fixing them she wasn't worried about my first set. I am because I can't eat or speak correctly. I paid a lot of money up front. Then I get a bill for 600.00 that I wasn't supposed to be charged for extra and I did. Also they said on bill they did a bone graft. Which is not true because all they did that one visit was pull teeth. I have tried calling numerous times and keep getting hung up on by the automated system. I have emailed ******* **** several times and no reply. I have even called corporate to wait every time for more than 30 min which I do not have time to wait. I was told that I would get implants and the tech said no they are going to be snap ins. That is not what I wanted. They scammed me and I haven't had any work done except extraction. I want a refund and I will go somewhere else that treats people better. This is not acceptable. I hope someone with authority sees this and can help me.

I have attached the EOB sent to ********* ins. Aspen refused to give it to me after many attempts at emails and texts. The phone system always dropped my calls and no emails were ever replied back to me from Aspen. I tried to take my healing dentures back for a refund like their website says I had 90 days to return with full refund and they denied me that. They also charged me over 2 grand for an upper denture that I never received from them. They charged me 750 dollars for the healing dentures which never fit me. I repeatedly told them they never fit and when i went in to my 2 week follow up was told it wasnt important that they fit that the permanent ones will and not to worry about the healing dentures until 3 months had passed. Well 3 months is exactly 90 days for that refund policy to end. Why should i have to pay for what they knew did not fit.  I only rescheduled 1 appointment from April 23rd to May 7th and by the 3rd I found out my insurance was not going to cover what Aspen promised me they were in the beginning when I took out my loan for care credit. They immediately took out the 9 thousand before my treatment was finished. They promised me that all I would have to pay out of pocket was the initial 9,150.00 and the insurance would cover the rest. I asked the manager if the insurance would not pay would I be responsible for that charge and she said yes but the insurance company will cover it and has to. Problem was they never sent ********* the initial payment preauth form until 3 months after my extractions and when I found out my insurance wasnt paying and I had to come up with another 19 grand I couldn't finish the procedure they promised I would get. They made a lot of promises they never kept. Please look at the facebook group page called Stop Aspen Dental Group and see thousands of victims just like me went through and still are going through because they deceive people. They over charged me extremely.  I can't afford to get new dentures now after they took my 9,150 that was supposed to pay for new ones.  Now they say thats what I owe for the extractions.  I cant eat and talk correctly since January.  This has caused me deep depression and I just want either refunded or a complete set of snap in dentures. I went through enough trauma to have earned that wish. Aspen has labled me a problem customer but I was not the one in the wrong. I do need your help please.
