In March of 2022 I noticed a charge on my credit card for $130.16 and one for $25 charged on March 16, 2033 and March 24, 2022 from ***** * **** office totaling $155.16 A couple of days later I received a receipt in the mail for the charge, the charge was for the entire visit I had to their office on 12/02/2021. I immediately referred to my explanation of benefits letter from my insurance company that indeed showed her office had been paid in full for my visit so the charge was made to my card in error. I notified their office and the resolution was made, they cut a check back to me for refund me on April 4, 2022. Now I am finalizing taxes and noticed a second charge for $155.16 on my credit card from March 25, 2021 (a year earlier). I called ****** office to request 1. a receipt of this transaction and 2. to confirm the visit date was that they had charged me for. A week later and several calls later still no one can seem to tell me what the visit date was that they charged me for and there is no receipt on file. I would like to add that both of these charges were made without my consent. This charge from 2021 I never received a receipt or a phone call asking if they could charge my card. Now because I never received any information or a receipt for this charge of $155.16 I reviewed every explanation of benefits I have from every visit I have ever made to their office and all of which are shown as paid by my insurance company. I also have CC statements that show I paid my copay every single visit while in office. In addition on my insurance companies website I can see that their office submitted almost all of the claims each visit twice and some of them even 3 times. I emailed them all the same documentation I am attaching here. I have not received a response at all in the last 5 emails I have made asking for an update. I just want my refund. They have collected from my insurance company in full an myself as the patient which is insurance fraud.
