      We bought a $63,000 boat from this place one year ago. It has been a total disaster since day one. I won’t go through the whole history. The problem now is we had them put hydraulics on the boat this winter. We just drove the boat all the way to the lake and the throttle will not engage now. There is all kinds of wires and plugs just hanging under the boat. The mechanic at the lake would not touch it. He said and I quote “ this is just shoddy work. Whoever put the hydraulics on left everything unhooked and just hanging. It’s a mess “

      We do not like to hear when customers have issues with their boat.  The situation described by this review was completely blown out of proportion.  None of us like when things don’t go as planned, but they chose to vent their frustrations online and with BBB without knowing what was wrong.  The marina that looked at his boat is not an authorized service center for marine repairs.  The issue with his boat was due to a part being inverted.  A simple 5 minute fix requiring no special training or tools.  The wires hanging were due to a zip tie that failed.  The boat was completed including test run in 30 minutes. 


      If the customer would have called us we could have helped him while the boat was at the lake, but instead blew up our text line with threats and bad reviews.  All this before he even contacted us regarding the problem.  The customer arrives for us to look at the boat and tells the GM of the business and a Certified Marine Technician who is trying to address his concerns, “you can’t help me I only deal with the owner”  I am all for giving bad reviews, but not until the company has an opportunity to address the problem.

      **** ******  none of what the owner said is true. They had my boat for 6 months and my $5,000 they could have tested their work anytime in that 6 months. I did try to call them they don’t answer their phone. And I told the service manager to have the owner call me. This has been such a bad experience with these people. That’s the reason I asked the service manager to have him call me. Because he has had to get involved some times already. It’s OK though. The Missouri AG’s office has reviewed our complaint from the the minute we walked into their store in Jan of 2021 and has opened a criminal investigation based on what we mad 6 other customers provided them.
