            I would give this company 0 stars if I could. This tax company does not know what they are doing and then will stop returning your phone calls when you try to rectify an error on their part. The owner ***************** himself would no longer return my calls or emails. We are now having to pay the *** $100's due to their mistake and ***************** wants us to pay an extra $250 for them to try to rectify his office's mistake. They advised us to file an extension and then had us sign our return electronically. I would think a tax service would know the *** does not take anything but a wet signature. Apparently ***************** and his employees do not know this as the office had us sign the return electronically at the last minute when we were told everything was good to go previously. This was for a 2019 return. Now we have penalties and interest for 2 years and they want us to pay more money for them to fix their own mistake!!!! DO NOT use this incompetent tax office. They will not own up to their own mistakes and fix them!!!
