    I went to the place to get my interlock taken from one vehicle into another but they did not hook it up into the other vehicle, but he could not hook it up because he did not have the wiring diagram or the right equipment. I called him the next morning and he said it was raining and I called the next morning and he never called me. I finally talked to him yesterday. I got a letter in the mail from the state saying that my license would be revoked me my interlock was not put in the other vehicle. The technician promised me that he would take care of me and this would not come back on me. From the very beginning I expressed my concerns with the technician. He said he would notate it in the file and he had my back. We talked yesterday and I told him I have been trying to get him to hook this up for a week. He said that he would call them and take care of this but he would not be able to get the device in my car until Monday. I called again today. The owner answers and he stated that I was only there for 20minutes and I left. I was there for two hours. The technician walks in while we were talking and he stated that he was aware and it was his fault. The owner hangs up. I call back and I explain to him about losing my license and he says he does not care about me losing my license. I requested my money that I had paid and he said he was not going to refund my money. I would like a refund in the amount $186.00.
