On September 05 2023 I signed a contract with Truck Dynasty Driving Academy in *************. Based on the information in the school catalog and the contract I was to get 40 classroom hours and 40 behind the wheel hours on the highway . I was in attendance for 8 weeks of what was supposed to be 4 weeks 160 hour program. At the end of 8 weeks I had not received one minute of classroom instruction and less than 2 hours behind the wheel on the road. The *********** have set a mandated curriculum in place that training providers must cover I didn't get any of that I feel cheated and denied the knowledge and training that was paid for! This man will lie and claim he has done nothing wrong he will not be able to provide documentation supporting that I received what the contract promises. Daily activities are recorded on the attendance record and daily progress reports that students and instructors sign off on daily.Initial Complaint

I was contracted from CFI Trucking to go to school at Dynasty Trucking to learn to drive a automatic semi truck. The 1st week we mainly stood outside 6-7 hrs with little drive time, watching one student at a time try to drive alone and figure out the manuevers after being shown 1-2x. By the second week I realized I was set up for failure as we were supposed to learn in manuals due to not having enough automatics- I did not go to school to learn a manual. I complained and the instructor blamed CFI for not sending Dynasty enough automatic trucks. There are not enough instructors for the students. You do not get enough hands-on training to drive an automatic. The paperwork aspect of the schooling was easy. This school is unorganized, unprofessional and short staffed.Business response

This student was attending our school with tuition paid sponsorship by CFI out of Joplin, Mo. She paid nothing for the school. We have a three-day right of rescision and she could have dropped out during that time. Also, we do not have a 1:1 ratio between students and teachers. It is a group training environment.Customer response

I have no other option aside from rejecting this complaint which is not what I wanted to do at this time. I just want to clarify that I will not be billed from truck Dynasty because CFI said I would receive a bill from your school in a few weeks and I still have not received anything and that is why I brought up this dispute or originally.
So please clarify that I will not be billed from your school.
And thank you. I wish that things would have turned out differently.
