I took my boat in to be serviced and wiring to be done on it and they have parts on order for the servicing of the motor, but there are other things they can be working on while waiting on parts for the motor. I asked if it was set up for first come, first serve yet I had to wait 2 - 2 1/2 weeks to get my boat in there. She has pulled my boat back outside waiting on the parts. I asked why is mine setting outside. I went by on Sunday and my boat is still setting outside. I would like for them to get my boat in there and to fix it.Initial Complaint

I have done business a few times and each time I had to be very careful of everything I said. When I came in to get a part the woman named ****** runs the business and she has a strong attitude and if you are not nice she will clam up and not help you. Her daughter was answering the phones. I called yesterday to speak with ****** and she tells her daughter she doesn't want to answer my call. So I told her I will not come here anymore since she wont answer the phone and then I hung up. So I did a review on Google and she researched my number and called me and was very aggressive almost threatening tone. She said you can go at me all day long but don't ever mentioned my daughters name ever again. She should not be allowed to contact someone or tell them to never call againBusiness response

This customer called wanting advice on an issue he was having. He hasn't been in or called for the last 2 years. The call was answered by my 14 year old daughter, who is helping out in the shop for the summer. I was busy working on a boat and could not drop what I was doing and take his call. I told my daughter to take name and number for call back. He then leaves a very nasty review on Google about my 14 year old daughter's lack of knowledge and customer service skills. I did call him and I told him not to bring my daughter into his complaint.
