  I purchased a car two days ago. We gave them money; $750 as a down payment. They were to get the car inspected, but it didn't pass. There were many issues with the car. I have the title (they didn't spell my name correctly). I also have the sales agreement which details the cost of the car ($7500) and the finance fee ($2314.) I have waited two days for them to call me and let me know what is going on with the car. I have to call them. They promise to call but they don't call back. We don't have the car and we don't have the money we put down on it. We live quite a distance away from them.

  YES WE KEPT THERE CAR FOR TO DAYS DO TO THE FACT THAT IT DIDNT PASSED SAFTY INSPECTION , WE HAD TO GET IT REPAIRED AND RE INSPECTED SHE HAS CONTACTED HIGHWAY PATROL AND THEY HAVE STTED THAT WE HAVE DONE EVERYHTING THAT WE ARE SUPPOSE TO DO SHE HAS HER VEHICELE AND IS DRIVING IT , WE HAVE PAID INVOICES TO WHERE IT WAS REPAIR AS WELL AS A PASSED SAFTY INSPECTION SLIP . CUSTOMER DOESNT UNDERSTAND THAT REPAIRS HAD TO BE DONE AND PAERTS HAD TO BE ORDERED AND THAT WE COULDNT CONTROL HOW LONG IT TOOK FOR PARTS TO COME IN , SHE TEST DROVE THE VEHCILE ANED HER WORDS"LOVED it" SHE HASNT ADDRESSED ANY MORE CONCENRS WITH US AS WELL SHE BOUGHT AN AS IS NO DEALER WARRENTY WE DIDNT CALL ER BECUASE SHE CALLED US EVERY DAY AND I TOLD HER WE WOULD CALLHER AS SOON AS IT WAS READY , I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT ITS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO RUSH THE MECHIANCS BECUASE THEY ARE TRYING TO DO AN ACCURATE REPAIR JOB . WE ALSO DONT DO ARE OWN SAFTY INSPECTIONS THEY ARE SENT OUT TO CERTIFIED SAFTY INSPECTION STATIONS .

  affordable towing towed my truck from my condo I was staying at I was rebuilding the engine when they took my truck all I had was a **** of sale with the vin# well they wouldn't let me get my property out of it I had **** dollars in tools a couple thousand in jewelry and clothes and parts for the truck they told me no so here it is a month later and I finally bribed them into letting me get my thing I paid the fees they asked and I offered them the truck they said yes well when I got there they said they were burglarized and someone stole all my belongings they said the camera that was watching the fence was down and didn't catch anything they told me they filed a police report over the burglary so I started asking about a copy of the police report and they started giving me the runn around transferring me to different places so I went to the Taney county police department to see about the copy of police report and Taney county said they have no report of a burglary at affordable towing and there was not a police report made so I had to file my own police report and idk who I need to get ahold of or anything to help me recover my belongings that happened to be stolen while sitting in there impound yard like I said I had about ****$ in tools a at least 1500$ in jewelry and name brand clothes I had a couple thousand in car parts I just recently bought I had 1500$ in stereo equipment as well anyways if you guys could help me or point me in the right direction I sure would appreciate it I been here 4 years and that was everything I owned and no one seems to want to help me recover my things or reimburse me my name is *********************** my phone number is **********

  They lied about someone being on their way to get my car when I was stranded at an empty exit off I-44 late at night, threatened to not send anyone to tow my car and make me find another tow company after no one showed up, TERRIBLE customer ********************** by every single employee I spoke with, they lost my car once they did tow it and werent concerned enough to find it until I had to get police involved, and ignored my multiple requests to speak with a manager/owner. I need my money refunded! This is a terrible company that shouldnt be in business and charged me $350.00 to be treated poorly when they couldnt even complete a simple job. I need a refund asap.

  Put a down payment on a truck and 2 weeks later the master cylinder goes out and the motor for the windshield wipers breaks but they told me to bring it in and was fixed but I have to pay for it

  My husband got in a wreck so Affordable towing was there, we asked them to take it to my house, I told them I have free towing with insurance. They said they would. When I took my husband to the hospital they called and said they needed $150 I said I was at the hospital, they said then I have to take it to their shop so when we got done I called them they said u have to call your insurance to get the free towing so I did that and they Canceled it and said we owed money. I called them they said I owed 210. They said I have to wait until tomorrow so I called the next day They said it was over $500 don’t know how so I talk to them and I payed $345 and drove my truck out, got it home and notice 2 smashed dents In my tailgate so I called them and they said they are not responsible for it because it was in a accident. I told them it was damaged in the front not back they said they won’t do anything for me. She said the picture before loading has no dents. She was very rude and nasty about it
