This company is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of.Ive called on 15 separate occasions and their voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message.They do not return emails.They returned one text message I sent and it took them 32 days to do so.I have been wanting to purchase a property from them for two months now and there is literally no way to get a hold of them.So I would definitely think twice before entering into an agreement with them, What if when it comes time to make your payment you cant get a hold of them and then they kick you out?Very, very unprofessionalBusiness response

I've scheduled to view about 2 or 3 homes from this 'company' only to find out that they either don't own the property outright, is condemned by city hall or tenants live there already and paid the rent. One home was today in **********, ** and according to signs on the house, Easy Own Homes does not own it and there's a threatening message on the door about shooting someone if they enter. This is starting to become a shady website and very dishonest We would like compensation for gas we spent to look at these homes as well as the site shut down or the advertisement is changed before anyone else loses money or gets a death threatBusiness response

Sorry you had a bad experience searching for a property on our website. On the "Property Details" page of our website it will tell you if the property is vacant or occupied and what day is will be available on. The home you sent photos of is listed as occupied and pending foreclosure. All our homes are fixer uppers and our website states that as well, some need less work then others and the price range often reflects that. We can assure you that we do own every property listed for sale on our site, do you have proof otherwise or a supposed property address that we can look up and determine what you are talking about (the photos you sent do not show a sign that states we do not own it). We have been in business for over 30 years and have hundred of satisfied customers that have used our program to own their own home. Knowing in a lot of ways what I was getting into I also didn't have to many other choices. Living in a camper in Northern Minnesota during the winter wasn't an option so knowing I was going to have to improve the place wasn't an issue. I did disclose at the time of signing papers that with me being low income, disabled, a veteran, and a single parent I had a lot of things I could apply for to get assistance in doing stuff. So per that I applied for rent help as I knew that with moving costs, supporting 2 households, bills and more it would help things a ton. Along with applying with programs through veterans programs, weatherization, energy assistance and more. I was approved for weatherization within 3 weeks of getting my application in yet here its a month later and I'm still waiting for them to still do the paperwork. I've been waiting 3 months for them to do the end if their paperwork for rent help. Putting 2500 down on a place that has no water, no place for us to live in, no sewage, no trash collection and needing a total rehab using these programs are what needed to be done to get me back on my feet with my kids. I also have been approved with 3 veterans programs for a full rehab. Yet because of how unethical these people are and the fact that I'm being discrimined against because I can use these programs and she has now said she refuses to let me but will take it from others is wrong. Now I'm still sitting here in a camper with my kids 4 months later, no place to live, can't use the programs, 3680.00 further in debt, and homeless.
