On August 19, 2019 I paid $7700 to Midwest Septic for a new drain field. Attached are pictures of the work. I was assured it would be leveled and look like nothing had ever been done. The hole next to the cap is collapsing dirt into the septic tank and there is septic runoff going into the neighboring horse pasture. Any time it rains the sewer alarms constantly and there is a distinct sewer smell in the area. I have called ****** ****** repeatedly since June of 2020 after the work was done (we spend winters in Florida). I have never connected by phone. When they call me, they say they will be out soon as they can but they have never been back. I attempted to go to their listed address in Farmington, MO this August but there was no septic company at that location. Please see attached screenshots of communication I have had with them via Facebook Messenger, photos of the issue, and the cleared check of payment. Ideal resolution would be for them to come back out and redo the septic work at no charge, or return the $7700 payment so I can find a septic service that's not so "busy".Business response

I offered a better system but she didn't have the money. I told her that basic system would not hold, and she said she need to get a system in but she didn't have the funds. I quoted her for the LPP advanced system for $12500. She had to go with the basic drain field. I knew that it wouldn't last so I told her she would have to have another tank, so I did as she instructed me to do. She's had people call and threaten me. So I have blocked her calls.
