I have been trying to pay my bill. I can not find a location to pay my bill. The numbers that I do have for the business when I call the number just rings. I would like the business to contact me so I can pay my bill.

The business promised the coverage of a late fee in the event that the title took too long to come in. It took a staggering 6 months and they now are dodging calls and lying about that promise. They won't answer calls or emails to talk about it.

I bought a car three weeks ago. The tires have dry rot. They said they were going to fix, which they did. There is an engine misfire. Now they are not answering calls. The car is in a shopping center parking lot and has been for three days. I can't get in touch with them. They don't even have voice mail set up.

I have spoken with ***** more than several times myself letting him know what's going on. The owner also personally called him from his private cell phone. We let the customer know that he was next on the pick up line as we work with small staff. We have been working with this customer every step of the way. We understand that the customer wanted the vehicle done immediately but with our short staff we let him know that he was next in line and things would get done. Once the time came I personally went to get his vehicle towed to our garage and the vehicle was no longer there. The customer went and picked it up without letting us know and I wasted the time and money to go pick it up. I then called again and he told me he picked up and fixed whatever the smalll issue was. We dont like the fact that this went this way but the customer just wasn't being patient. I have no clue about the "not answering" because I know that several of us had spoken to him in the couple days this was going on.

My husband and I financed a 2014 GMC Acadia January 3, 2022. Three days after we contacted dealership to let them know it wasn't driving properly. Mid January they had us bring it in for diagnostic test at j&m autoshop in ********** **. They kept the vehicle and we got word within a week that it was the transmission. We were given a loaner car from a former employee there *******************. Later we got a call that transmission was still not fixed and so we decided to get our vehicle back and terminate our contract. However, rpm never took back over the payments from.united auto credit and they also never took over payments on our vehicle when we traded in. We had to pay $715 to catch our van paint back up and on top of that we paid $710 on the gmc. Now we are getting letters stating we owe ****** and some odd dollars for the gmc that was apparently sold, scrapped or whatever. It's on our credit reports and we would like it removed and noted that we no longer had gmc as of January 2022. *** is not returning our calls and they never fixed this problem I have emails and pictures of conversations from ******************* to support this matter. Please help us renew our credit and have Rpm take fault for their shady business actions.

This is in regards to the Bonne Terre Location. I traded in a car for a truck. I was supposed to sign the title when it came in. I have called several times and they are ignoring my calls. They sold the trade-in without my signature on the title, so now, the new owner does not have a title to the car.

Mr. ***** traded in a vehicle (Chevrolet Cruze) that he had purchased from another individual and had not yet registered or paid sales tax on the vehicle.  We processed the title for Mr. *****, paid the necessary registration fees and sales tax on March 31st, 2022, and are currently waiting for the Missouri Department of Revenue to issue a title in Mr. *****'s name.  The unusual delay is due to a mileage discrepancy detected by the DOR during processing, which placed the title in "rejects".  That issue has been resolved and we anticipate a title very soon.  A secure power of attorney was signed at time of purchase/trade in order for us to process the title for him.  We have not received a call from Mr. *****, but would be happy to speak with him should he call ###-###-####

We purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ for $27,900 on 1/26/22, picked up on 1/27/22 from ****** ***** in Bonne Terre,MO. During the deal process, the owner offered us on the phone Gap Insurance, Warranty,90 days no payment and if anything happens or in a bind he would buy the truck back. On 4/7/22 (before 90 days) the trucks engine started ticking/knocking loud and che k engine light came on. We contacted the dealership and explained what was going on and was informed it's nothing they can do, it has to go through warranty. ****** ***** employee ***** was rude and blunt that stating they won't give us a loaner and nothing they will do. We reached out to ******* ********** (warranty) on 4/7/22 and was informed to take it to a mechanic to start a claim. We took the truck to *** ****** **** on 4/8/22. On 4/8/22 we were advised by the mechanic the warranty wants a breakdown of the motor and will not be covered under warranty. We would have to pay out of pocket. I contacted ******* about the warranty only to be advised they aren't a warranty company they just assist. The documents I received from ******* and ****** ***** conflicts with the contract I signed. Attached are the documents I have and only received. DOC #1 is from dealership and which includes 1 page. DOC #2 is from *******. after multiple attempts to reach owner (who made the offer along with ****). We have yet to receive a call back from him directly. As of now, dealership is closed down and sales rep is no longer there. We keep reaching out with no luck of any assistance with help if they answer the phone. We want what we paid for and was promised. We havent had the truck 90 days and now have a vehicle that is nondriveable. We haven't even made our first payment and want them to fix it or take the truck back. We have been lied to and pushed around. The emotional and financial impact has caused our family unnecessary stress.

Under no circumstance do we offer a 90 day buyback policy if a buyer is "in a bind, or anything happens".  It is standard procedure for an extended warranty company to require a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of a possible mechanical breakdown prior to their authorization.  The warranty company, *******., will be able to provide the missing information/copies upon request.  The buyers had the opportunity to forgo the purchase at any time, and in fact left the dealership only to return later to purchase.

I'm rejecting this response because there are some details the responder stated that is incorrect. Just to be clear, this deal was made at ****** ****** in Bonne Terre and my salesman was **** ***** which is not longer at this company. I also spoke to someone over the phone that stated they were the owner during the deal process. In reference to "under no circumstances do we offer a 90 day buyback policy if buyer is in a bind or something happens". The night we bought the truck, after already leaving the first time that night because the payment was to high, they called us back after we got home and it was after hours.  **** had talked to me(the wife) and placed me on speaker after stating we need a day to think about it, he asked what will a day make and i explained to make sure j don't take food out if my kids mouth for this.  He had then put me on speaker and stated "I have everyone in the office including the owner". **** talked to me for a few minutes and then owner stated over the phone " I will give you $20 for gas or dinner if you can just come back and hear what deal we were able to work out, we were able to lower it $3000 and because we are a small business we can do that. We will also included gap insurance, 24 month warranty, 90 days no payment and if anything happens and you get in a bind, we will buy the truck back". I never said 90 day buy back, I said 90 days no payment. I told him I want that in writing he would buy truck back. After our first trip there they ran our credit score multiple times without us knowing and then apparently ran it again when we left without content when we got home around 7:30pm. They pretty much begged us to buy the truck I felt. So we drove back down to see what the new monthly payment would be. While we were there, as promised,  the so called owner came in and laid $20 on ****** desk for us and said it will be the best purchase we ever made. I believe it's not because truck broke down before our first payment which is wrong.  They lied to us. I told **** while signing paperwork to please have the " we would buy truck back"in writing and sign. He said he would make sure the next day we come back to pick the truck up. They told us the warranty covered everything and only gave us 1 page of this so called warranty. The next day we went down there to pick the truck up and the owner and **** was not there after telling us they would be. I find that weird. I also asked if it had an inspection and he said I believe so.
In reference to "it is a standard process for an extended warranty company to require a breakdown".  Mind you, we called ******* Protection to file a claim then we were told of this breakdown. After the truck being in shop for like q0 days, I called *******. and the lady I spoke to also stated they were not a full warranty company. We were told at dealership everything was taken care of and they LIED. We were given 1 page with coverage and labor, nothing about breakdown. Why pay extra for something and get half a warranty.
In reference to "warranty company will be able to provide missing information/copies upon request". I spoke to a agent at ******* on 4/19/22 and she informed me the dealership was suppose to give us the full contract, which ****** ****** did not. If I would of had that I would of been able to understand the warranty more.  They also stated they weren't a full warranty company and only assist with vehicles. We were never informed about a out of pocket cost besides labor rate which states on the 1 page warranty we received. We were informed the warranty company wants us to do a breakdown from the mechanic and it would cost $2000 and if anything is wrong with it and not covered we have to pay. They want a breakdown before anything is done. If not covered were screwed because we won't have the money especially after just purchasing it and trying to get it legal. We didn't even make our first payment on this truck before it broke down. Can't even drive something we purchased for $27,900 plus we gave them $4000 down payment. REALLY!!!!! Don't you think that is alot of money for something we now can't drive.
In reference to " left dealership and came back". As stated at the beginning, we left because after hours of being there and finally getting a payment idea we told them we can't afford that. So we left, got home, and within 20 minutes they called us back asking us to please come back because they have good news which they wouldn't discuss over the phone. Mind you, it was like 8 pm now. We went back because we were in a tough situation and needed a vehicle. They knew what our situation was and used that to screw us. We purchase the truck on 1/26/22 since it was after hours and late, they asked us to come back so they can clean it. After the truck broke down I have been doing some investigating and there is multiple reviews/complaints about them and this warranty and even casenet shows how much they been sued and how many times they changed thier name. Where we purchased the truck, it is now closed down to being sued from another lady I believe that owned that building. I'm upset because we got lied to about the warranty and getting called a liar and being disrespected by employees we didn't even deal with. I told them I have a family and had to think about this and they just couldn't let us think. Now the dealership is closed after being sued and noone will call us back to help. They offered thier mechanic because they didn't like ours which I'm not dumb and will not go to thier mechanic to get screwed over again. They told us we had to pay a tow truck to take it to thier shop. They are just not helpful at all. Main point is they LIED and we just don't want the truck or thier business any longer. They are not loyal and untruthful by all the reviews and what they have shown us. We are suffering because of thier lack of caring and honesty.  Your making our family and kids suffer because we can't get to work and have to go through all this bullshit just to get help. I won't stop until they take this truck back. We are done. Thank you very much!

I suggest visiting one of the owners, ***** or ***** in Bonne Terre.  It appears there are several concerns listed here, including some that are completely unrelated to this particular issue.  No resolution can be had through the BBB portal.  We are located across the highway from our previous location in Bonne Terre, at **** ****** ****.  Our name is the same as it has always been.  Hours are:  9am - 6pm M-F, and Saturday 9am - 4pm.

I am rejecting this response because:

We been told from multiple places the owner was suppose to call us and help and we have yet to hear from him personally for last 2 months. They do not help in anyway and have been giving everyone the run around. We do not want this truck or business. There is alot going on and we can't keep playing these games. We told the Lender to come get the truck. We shouldn't have to keep trying to reach out to them with no response. The BBB is one of many options we have had. In reference to the name has always been the same it hasn't. We have copies of reviews and combinations of same issue we have and now know we have been played. We can not keep doing this.

I originally purchased a 2003 Cadillac CTS from Dalton Hampton a sales representative of sparks automotive also known as RPM auto. He told me the vehicle was fine and had no problems or mechanical malfunctions and tried to sell it to me for $4900. When I did my research when I got home after purchasing the vehicle it was only worth $2600 in excellent condition and 500 and poor but running condition this car was beyond poor condition I could show you photographs for the emptier is destroyed I've seen better interiors in the salvage yard and every check engine light that could come on get come on on my way home parents lied about the condition of the vehicle I didn't even give me temporary registration plates to driver just gave me paperwork and said good day register the vehicle on your own. I've never been told that from a dealership. And then I just received a letter today 11/13/2021 that says my credit application was denied. But the car is already in my name on the paperwork. I need someone to look into this 'cause I'm not aware of all the current laws but I do know it is illegal to drive a beautiful without temporary tags and being registered and that's how he sent me off the lot all the way home to cahokia IL. Please help me

Buyer came to the dealership, saw the car and had the opportunity to drive the car before any paperwork was signed. He had the option of opting out of the purchase. Now the buyer suggests that because the car was in poor condition, he should be able to void the contract he signed and we should simply give him the car. The contact is a legal binding contract and if he does not make payments as specified in the contract, we will repossess the car as per Missouri law. Our previous offer of refunding his down payment upon return of the car in the same condition as when he purchased it will expire on 11/30/21. It should be noted, that a Missouri dealer need only provide a bill of sale to an Illinois buyer, at such time, he can visit an Illinois licensing office for a temporary permit. I suggest that Mr *** call us as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

I am rejecting this response because:

My sister-in-law went with me to pick up the car he did not let me test drive the car we signed the paperwork and Dalton road with me to the gas station then the car didn't want to start at the gas station I had to force it to start. Took him back to the automotive dealership and drove home every check engine light on the car came on. The car is currently in the shop I just got out of the hospital I am nine of congestive heart failure COPD and the list of other health conditions. I told him I needed a reliable car to get back and forth to my treatments. If you look up the value of that car that year and excellent condition it's worth 2650 and the condition it's in right now it's only worth $240 I'm going to take pictures and take photographs and film this car and let you see it before it all gets fixed. I'm having to have the motor replaced because the motor is bad and luckily I'm having some government assistance help me do that and they're going to put in mechanics lien against the title so they can't repo it after they fix this car for me. so they can either do the honorable thing and sign the title over without a lien or it'll get handled through the government agency that is helping me with the grant to fix the car and replace the motor and we do the interior. Thank you for your help but this automotive salesman Dalton should not get away with this and I should not have to pay for a car that is not worth $247 and I've already paid them in full way more than the car's worth. Again I have witnesses.
