A reservation and payment of $647.86 was issued to Blue Springs Ranch on March 26th for a reservation from April 5th through the 7th. Blue Springs falsely advertised several amenities, such as Horseback riding on their website. When I contacted Blue Springs to make reservations for that activity, they advised that they no longer have that service. I asked for a refund, and they agreed. Their employee, ****, stated she tried to return the funds but was unsuccessful, and that was on April 30th. We have yet to receive our refund. Since then, my wife Has been calling Blue Spring. **** has promised countless times she will call back with a resolution. Now, they are just ignoring our phone calls. All we need is our refund of $647.86. As it was promised, the refund can be refunded to the card or via check in the mail.Business response

We are having issues on our end refunding this consumer. We have been waiting for information from the consumer to see if they are able to do a charge back through their bank.Customer response
