In his absence, we once had to stay overnight to work directly with his team to create a punch list to ensure that necessary tasks were completed.To make matters worse, ***** consistently missed deadlines and despite commitments made to us and our bank, he was at least two months behind schedule. Additionally, he refused to provide a detailed summary of projected versus actual expenses, causing further frustration and confusion.Moreover, *****'s insistence on charging interest for an outstanding balance, despite his own delays and shortcomings, is unacceptable. We missed valuable opportunities while waiting for the project to be completed on his timeline, without any compensation or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.Furthermore, there was no final walk-through, and we were pressured to sign a certificate of completion to obtain final insurance money.In conclusion, I strongly advise against entrusting your project to Kleen Green, LLC. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and substandard workmanship have caused immense frustration and compounded the stress of an already difficult situation. I recommend seeking out reputable and established companies with proven track records, particularly in times of crisis.
