Date 10/5/2023 Agreed amount as this was out of pocket no insurance. ****** Additional charges mailed to me 10 months later are *****, they say are still due breaching their agreement. I went to the facility; the *** was rude and not willing to help. I was informed by another dentist office employee that worked there previously that this was a reoccurring practice with this company. I called Aspen headquarters and after a 30 minute wait the man hung up on me. My perception is that this may be a practice to get money from seniors. Corporate HQ number is **************. They are at ************************************************************************************ *****. The treating facility is at ***************************************. In closing I was clear this was a customer pay and insurance would not be involved. Even the hygienist stated the bill was paid or I never would have been admitted. This is terrible and I hope we can get resolve. I purchased a vehicle to find my credit score was 849. This could do damage to me on multiple points. Please note service date and billing date. PDF upload was provided.

I recently got contacted by a ***************** about $24 I owe to Aspen Dental in ******************* previous dental work. I am not disputing the charges. They're most likely legit. However, Aspen never contacted me on these charges. They never called me. They never told me about them in person. They never emailed me. They never texted me. They never snail mailed me. Out of the blue, here is a debt collector. So since I am not psychic, I have a **** on my credit rating now. They have to have some obligation to contact me before dumping it off to a collection agency.

The dentist said he did surgery and removed a bone from the jaw. This did not happen, all the dentist did was to remove the tooth. Was not told how to care for said removal and not given antibiotics. Crown had fallen off tooth. I have dental insurance through work that cover it. I went in and they did extensive xrays and glued the crown back on. All of a sudden they are telling me I need a deep cleaning and insurance does not cover it, with this urgency that sounded like my teeth would fall out. They had me sign me up for a care credit plan. I scheduled a deep cleaning at their advice but decided to cancel it a week before the schedule was due because I felt very uneasy about this. The manager then got angry with me saying I have been billed for it for 2600 dollars and the service was never performed. I have never formally received a bill in any way. They are now adding some late fees.

This is for the ************, *********, ******** office.:They looked me in the eye and told me I only owe $53. About a month later I got a bill for 50 more dollars. I went in and asked about it and they said they didnt get their money from my insurance company. Tuff. Not my problem. They provide all the services I got for free if you have no insurance. I didnt want to share my insurance information. I had no idea they were requesting money from my insurance company. On my one and only visit, I asked about the $50 line item from my insurance saying it was available for use, but they did not answer. I will die before I pay them. My request is that they stop sending me bills and do no harm to my credit. Other dentists in the area and other customers have clearly expressed what an unprofessional, profit centered Dental h*** that Aspen Dental is. Read the one star reviews. This place should go under as soon as possible and stop negatively impacting many peoples life.

I went in there 6 months ago and had several of my lower teeth pulled. I was 75 years old at the time. They charged me $1600.00 and some change. We sat down and had a lengthy conversation with the office manager and told her I didn&#**;t want any surprises and would pay for everything up front. She was told to come back in 6 months and they would give her a permanent flexible lower plate. She went there yesterday and made an appointment for 9:30 am this morning. They referred her to a guy there and he said it would be an additional $750 and she said it was paid for already. The he asked for another $585.00. My husband was with me and I told them this was paid for beforehand. My husband told them I will pay it but I will contact the H363137**3238313831H. I wasn&#**;t supposed to be charged any additional fee. This wasn&#**;t agreed upon and I would like my money back.

In short I am disputing a bill. I went to Aspen to have a crown remounted. I was told the crown could not be remounted and I would need a new crown. I was also told this was covered by my dental insurance, Humana federal plan, less my co-pay which I paid that day. Several months later in 2023 I received a call saying I owed $1,005.00 for the remaining cost of the crown because Aspen made a mistake the new crown was not covered. I was told by the caller they would speak with the doctor and try to appeal to Humana to see if they would pay. I never heard back and assumed the insurance did pay. Skipping forward to 3/2024 I received a totally incorrect bill not only billing for the above crown but payments that were already paid and one other that I was told not to pay as I exited the office for a routine maintenance. I called Aspen the very day I received the bill the gentleman on the phone verified he saw my payments made via debit and would take action to resolve those charges.I received a call ******** asking me to call Aspen. So I do to find nothing has been corrected. When I speak to them I am told actions will be taken and none are. Not only that no one documents the conversation or actions they are taking nor do they leave their name on my account to show who I spoke to so it looks like I'm not doing anything. In reality I've been waiting and expecting Aspen to take the actions promised. I shouldn't be held responsible to pay for something I was told was covered referring to the crown. It is irresponsible for a company like Aspen not to be able to credit me for payments I have clearly already made, if the rep can see they are paid why can't their system. I have no faith in Aspen's billing practices at this point. While now it looks like their collection machine is running. If Aspen took the action to appeal to get the crown paid for I deserved a response one way or the other on the outcome. So when I don't hear anything I expented it to be resolved and it may have been and not credited as my payments were.
