  corporate dental company. regional director side talking while making complaint on an issue and she has nothing to say other than its best not to have a relationship with you. not planning to have a relationship with Aspen Dental. They are switch and bait and thieves.

  I was switching dentist's and chose Aspen Dental. At 1st and only appointment, they wanted to do many **rays. I told them I just had complete xrays six mos ago, and my insurance would not cover these again. Aspen dental said (two different people said this!) "the **rays are free, we like to take our own x-rays". I believed them. I was only there for my bi-annual cleaning. They refused to do anything except a deep gum cleaning! I declined this $500 cleaning. I received a bill for $156.00. THE DENTIST NEVER EVEN LOOKED IN MY MOUTH! Wow. Just stay away from this place!

  Charged for procedures that were not completed. When I asked for a refund for those procedures, I was told they had adjusted the price of the procedures that were done to make up the difference so they did not have to refund me. Can not get a call back. Have had to stop by the office to acknowledge that I needed an appointment. Horrible service. Should be shut down.

  Went in for root canal because they accepted my insurance. First appointment they set me down in a room and took a loan out through concora for over 2k. Which was for a bridge to be done not thw root canal. A bridge that the dentist just said I needed and didn't even explain why. Next appointment they took xrays as soon as I got there than numbed my mouth and started the root canal and than stopped. The dentist than proceeded with the extraction of a tooth and the bridge. Put in a temp bridge and Tham didn't check to see if I could even close my teeth fully together. Had to go in the next day to get it fixed. Than 2 weeks later. They took xrays when I first got there than the dentist numbed my mouth again *** told me he couldn't do the root canal still. Than put in my bridge that I didn't I still didn't know why it needed to be done. Took more xrays *** scheduled another appointment. Showed up at 430 for my next appointment which was at 5. Sat in the waiting room till 530 than I left after seeing multiple new people come in without an appointment and go in back and leave before anything was even said to me I left realizing they dont care and its all about the money. Still never got done what I originally went in for a root canal. This place needs to be shut down. It is a scam don't fall for it like I did.

  I agreed to cap work. Price was to be financed for $1700. Which got increased to $2000. I agreed. Financing was through dental first/comenity. **** was paid off early in full. About nine months in I received letter stating I owed another $1100. If I owed this why wasnt I told before and able to add to loan amount? Why wait nine months. Im not paying. I called aspen and told them so. The person said they would check into the new bill. Never heard from them. Just started getting bills and calls from ********* associates trying to collect. I paid this bill and have never gone back. Now they are trying to extort more money. Again Im not paying. Any help would be appreciated.

  I went to Aspen Dental Because my dental insurance was taken there. There prices were acceptable and not exorbitant as some other Corporate dental Groups in my insurance plan. I agreed to have my teeth extracted and dentures made. On the Friday before the 4th of July Holiday my teeth were extracted a pair of temporary dentures were shoved into my mouth and I was escorted out the door bleeding profusely. They couldn't wait to start the Holiday. I went to the Pharmacy to get a pain medication filled. There was none. I called the office, here was no answer. When I went into the office after the 4th and registered a complaint. The Dr.would not even talk to me after I waited patiently for 45 minutes. I was then told by the office manager that I could take OTC products for pain relief. My chin was visibly bruised and I had ******************************************************************************************************************************************* the past 65 years I have had many dental issues that were pain causing, and always received either a steroid or opioid pain script. NOT AN ASPIRIN. Farmington Aspen Dental was uncaring and was more interested in there holiday than the patient. From their response to my complaint and concern that seems to be their attitude for patient care. Even though I was billed for the work and work to follow I will not return. I hope this review saves others from treatment like this!!!

  MUST READ BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE! RESEARCH THE COUNTLESS COMPLAINTS AND CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST ASPEN DENTAL BEFORE TRUSTING THEM TO DO ANYTHING TO YOU. IN MISSOURI: *** *****, the office manager at the Branson Mo branch is a fraud! Expect fraudulent, bad faith business practices along with bait and switch tactics from this establishment. Expect judgment. Expect misleading information about discounts, consultations, financing and plans of procedure. Expect to begin a procedure on one day and before you return to complete it the price will rise by thousands of dollars. If you question her deceptive actions, she will literally leave you without teeth and not have any compassion nor care for your physical or mental well-being. Although I have respect for the dr, a lot can be said about him for the company he keeps. He may be good at what he does but no one is worth the pain and humiliation that this woman will inflict if given the opportunity. So Expect to be dropped as a patient mid-procedure, if you don't comply with with surprise extra costs demanded of you. This place is a disgrace to their profession and to the men and women in the industry who work so hard to improve the lives of the people within their communities. Absolutely the most horrific experience to ever have with any business in my entire life!

  G My wife went to get new dentures. She was fitted. However, we were told our ** pay was $1400 with a total **st of about $3500 making the **-pay 40 percent. Our **-pay is 20 percent. The math was wrong. They claimed we needed to pay the $1440. Not a happy camperandwillnot use Aspen dental.

  Worst dental company ever! After spending over $7k in dental work, fillings fell out, crown fell out, partials won't fit right. I cannot express how horrible Aspen Dental is in Farmington, MO. They are NOT ACCREDITED with the *** and have an "F" rating. I've asked for a reimbursement....the last I spoke to a representative was September 7, 2022. HORRIBLE!!!!
